They’re sand is Very nice, very fluent. On a 1/10 taste scale me and my team would give it a 5/10, we thought it wasn’t quite clumpy enough to really get those sand balls in but it will suffice. Overall we give it an honorable 7/10 because it was fun to play in.

We bought a new toilet seat from here, got it home, only to discover it had previously been opened and returned and was missing pieces. Went to exchange and was told I was required to provide a driver's license number, address, phone number, email address, and full name just to make the exchange. Simply unacceptable.

Brian and Rewanda were awesome, Mt Juliet Lowes. They both went out of their way helping me find the right portable battery charger. This is why I will definitely drive the extra mile from Hermitage, TN to the one in Mt Juliet. They definitely will ask if they don't know the answer to make sure I have the correct product.

This location has helped me with some in stock items. They TOTALLY ARE FAILING at self checkout with ZERO cashiers available = a big A line!! Make mo self checkouts if this is ur slacker route! FB.

As contractors we buy a lot from Lowe’s. They for the most part are good. Some employees cut corners and cause issues requiring multiple trips back. Nobody’s perfect, hence only four stars.

Totally disappointed with the service at Lowes . We placed an order for Blinds and requested for pickup later. The blinds were not ready when we went to pick and was told that the blinds machine is not working. We went to pick a week later . Also no one responds to the request when we press the help button and I can see most of the folks are spend time chatting to other workers . Definitely needs a better management and accountability

I will never order from lowes again! The entire process was atrocious. The sales agent told me that I could have a delivery window after 5pm since I work. The day before delivery, they assigned me an earlier time slot and I told them it needed to be after 5. They tried to make me the last delivery of the day but since they got done with their other deliveries earlier, they decided to not honor my time slot and come at 3pm. Since I wasn't there, they rescheduled which was a huge inconvenience. I've spoken with both lowes customer representatives, who were terrible, and the dispatch of the third party delivery, who were equally terrible. They have zero communication amongst each other and they ignore the notes previously placed in the customer's chart. If the drivers decide they are getting done early for the day, they just reschedule you. I rearranged my work schedule for an earlier time at 2pm that following Friday and they still gave me an even earlier delivery time. After a crazy amount of back and forward with both the dispatchers, drivers, and lowes customer service, the drivers randomly showed up without calling me 30 minutes before. Then they showed up with the WRONG REFRIGERATOR WITH A HUGE DENT IN THE FRONT DOOR! I have pictures of it. By their reactions I knew they delivered my refrigerator to the wrong address. They just packed up that fridge and left. Then called me later saying they were going to get my fridge and was coming back. They showed back up an hour later with an already Unboxed fridge that had already started to make ice. To top it all off, my number was blocked from calling customer service! It wasn't my phone nor my service because when I used a Google voice number on my phone in the same exact location, the call went through. And it wasn't just a one time thing. It happened before on different days at different times and locations! Absolutely horrible service. Never again, and I will continue to complain about how terrible everything was.

Sadly nostalgia employees have no idea how to help a customer. I called customer service, asked somebody for help. They sent a random employee that literally had only been working their hours. Who knew nothing to trying to help me? He tried the best he could but he didn't know anything.
