Refuse to come out when a CRIME IS BEING COMMITTED AGAINST ANIMALS.They left dogs stay outside in freezing cold and let a crime be committed. No dog house which is against the law these guys are just too scared to do anything. I have to now go downtown and file a complaint on this office so their city Chief can deal with them. The laziest animal control I have ever seen. Pathetic.

I had an emergency and my 14 year old dog needed to be seen asap but our normal vet was out of town (day after Christmas). Dr.C allowed us to come in, gave him some meds but also let me know the truth and he may not get better. I ended up having to put him to sleep and Dr.C was so caring and gentle with my baby. I will always cherish the doctors honesty and willingness to help. I was also able to have my pet cremated. Photo of my baby the hours that I was able to spend with him because the vet did not push me to make an immediate decision. The time I was able to spend with Twix that last day was so important.

Terrific experience adopting my boy, Dash, last month. Staff was great, facility clean, animals well cared for, and sweet as can be. Dash was neutered, vaccinated for his age, and given full physical by their vet before I brought him home.Having been with other kittens at the shelter, Dash had no trouble joining my 15 & 16 year old boys at home. As pics show, they like him, too.I will certainly go to MJACC if or when we adopt again.

I really enjoyed adopting my three-legged kitten. She has the best personality and Mt. Juliet Animal Care & Control offered her the best care!

Be careful, asking these people questions they yell at you. Asked a simple question about dropping off a kitten. The employee was one of the rudest people I’ve ever talked on the phone with. So bad I had to hang up. very simple questions must be triggering for them. Tread lightly. Snowflakes.

Short female with brown hair greeted me and my family very poorly today. She looked us up and down like we had no business coming in. Said we couldn’t look at the dogs in person due to “liability”. Trash customer service and very rude. We drove all the way from Smyrna to be treated like that. I wish I would’ve gotten her name.
