Attention to care is great. The Vet really explained things and pointed out things for us to take care of our dog. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

I just have a very hard time understanding how a clinic/hospital who exist to care for pets that needs it, will not accept a pet who does need care because they "don't take new client". Don't bother reaching out if you are not in their system already, you will be turned away.

Friendly staff and prices are very fair. I was nervous about taking my cat Leo but they put my mind at ease and took good care of him.

Very happy with our experience. They were able to get my dog in on a Saturday within an hour. My dog had a spinal cord injury and no other vet in the area would see us and kept getting referred to an emergency clinic. The Vet did a great job explaining what was wrong and it was much more affordable then a 24 hour emergency clinic

Really bad experience with Dr Clairday took my yorkie with swollen limbo nodes he felt her all over said she had cancer I asked for blood work he refused said no need to spend the money Dsdie had horrible side effects from steroids he prescribed for her her breathing and restless no sleep he only said she would pee drink more water and eat more the side effects got worse and Sadie was out down for all the wrong reasons Dr Clairday never took texts to prove his diagnosis and when I researched on line and discovered what he failed to tell me about the steroids he replied well I just saved Ssdie pain down the road I would not recommend him ever he does not give a person options and full disclosure about medicine always get a second opinion never never put trust on him thet deserve no stars

Dr. Clariday is amazing. I was so nervous when we moved here from Illinois that we would not find an affordable and caring vet like we had in Illinois...I was wrong! Dr. Clariday is even better. Affordable. Friendly. Attentive.

Dr Clariday is amazing. He worked with my cat for over 2 weeks and saved my sweet kitty for Christmas. I appreciate his honest and direct approach.

I had my cat put down here. I would not recommend doing it here if it can be avoided. He jumps right into it without explaining anything or saying much to you. I had to ask to have a moment. He was not going to give it to us otherwise. He used an injection to knock her out, but it took several minutes to take effect. My girlfriend and I had to hold her down while she screamed until she went limp. In all honesty, I am not sure if it even knocked her out, or if it only immobilized her. Then he gave her an injection in her heart to stop it. He did not get his dose right and had to give her a second shot. I hope that she was not conscious or able to feel what was happening, because it took way too long to take effect. I would estimate that the whole process took between five and ten minutes. I have had to put down other animals, and I have never seen it take anywhere near as long as it did here. I am not sure if he is not using the right stuff for the job, or if he just short changed the dose to save money. Either way, it was a terrible way for her to go. The term euthanasia is derived from the Greek word meaning, "good death." That is what you hope for when you have to do something like this, but that certainly is not what I witnessed.Extra note: He referred to her as "it" while paying. This is poor bedside manner. I do not think he meant anything by it, but it is a pretty absentminded thing to say at a time like that. Overall, he seemed unaffected by the whole process. I find that concerning.

Been an intermittent client since '95, 3 months ago he performed surgery on our Golden, he said it would be a few rough days, we got concerned after 3 days, called over the weekend and he called back, the 4th day was a game changer just like he said. she's been doing great ever since!

The rudest experience I have ever had at. Vet office. I have have pets over 50 years. Dr didn't introduce himself. Checked my pups heart. Said he was healthy. I asked for a fecal exam for parasites and he refused. I asked for preventatives and he refused. I asked for giardiasis and he refused. He told me I wasn't the vet for him. What a rude man.

I was in a panic. My little dog was in so much pain. Every vet I called was booked. This clinic basically penciled me in. She had a slipped disk. But he got her walking again. She is doing much better. This clinic has my business.
