Very friendly staff, also very knowledgeable. This site is huge by the way - lots of testing capabilities!

They leave the light on for you. It's a nice clean welcome room for dropping samples late at night. It's a bit odd to get to at night, I'd drive there during the day once just to make sure you have it right.
