Thank you to Postal Annex for taking the time to edit and measure my foreign passport photos! They took the time to ensure that everything was correct and met the requirements for an Australian passport. Incredible customer service 👍🏻

Always a helpful, stress free experience at Postal Annex. It is actually my favorite place to do all mail and shipping, I just wish they were open longer hours so I could do more business there :)

I came in today so overwhelmed about updating my passport, especially after seeing so many conflicting responses on the process online. I came into the store today just to get my photo, and thought maybe I could ask someone for help to make sure I had my documents done correctly and answer some questions. Brian was SO kind and walked me through the whole process— I can’t even express what a relief it was to have come in! I expected this to be a week long process and because of the staff I spent maybe an hour TOPS on one of the most stressful document processes. Thank you SO much for all of your help and being so so so very kind. I come here for everything and I’m so thankful to have found it!

Great little family run business. You can email them docs and they will print and fax, drop off packages, get keys cut and so on. Super friendly staff. I love this place!

I was asked if I needed help rather quickly! I needed to go back out to my vehicle to get my card and told them I had two apples I needed mail. 🤣 Random request, I know. When I came back they already looked up how to ship the apples! They quickly worked on ventilation for the box and packaged everything up for me with care! I love the customer service here and I will be back to send more! Thank you!

Brian was so so so helpful! Went SO above and beyond to fix my label (that I had affixed to my package in a way that he let me know might negatively impact the transport to destination) and he voluntarily offered to create a smaller version of the label that fit my box/package better! All this at the end of the day with the kindest spirit! I was seriously touched by the level of service and kindheartedness. Thank you!! Brian deserves a 500% raise!
