I shop here all the time and get my groceries ordered. The staff is always going out of their way to make sure I'm getting what I need. Such a nice environment.

I'm always able to purchase hard to fund items. And, most recently, after 7 pharmacies failed to have the medicine I needed in stock, I was able to have my prescription filled here! I am grateful indeed

Used to brag about pub subs. But this location is trash. Always run out of bread. I go there to pick it up and then I have some dumbfounded teenager telling me they had no bread an absolute disappointment most times this happens do not order sandwiches from here.

BOGO doesn't mean that you have to buy two!

Stopped in to redeem a rain check on a sale item from a different area Publix a week prior. This store didn't have it and didn't even have a space showing on the shelf for it. Also they had already pulled "this week's sale" items from end caps and moved the next week's sales item in that place a day early. It seems like if you go to Publix the day their ad starts then you'll likely be able to buy something on sale. But if you wait a few days into their sales week, they'll likely be out of stock on popular demand products.... They don't ship in extra product when they featuring/advertising it on sale and just "make do" with whatever might be in stock... At least it sure seems that way more times than not.

Weekly shopping trip. Had what we needed and what we wanted that was not on our list. We were preparing for snow.

If you haven't had a Pub-Sub, you're missing out. The chicken tenders are also pretty fire. Oh, and the egg bagels at the bakery. One of those lightly toasted in the morning with a cup of coffee is a proper way to start a day.

Visited this store middle of the day, they had two checkouts open and several customers in line. Self check out was available, but I don't typically like clocking in and checking myself out if there are cashier standing around doing nothing. I had around 20 items in my cart, and in a bit of a rush. The lady at the "10 or less" checkout had been standing at the end of her aisle for some time with no customers. I attempted to go over to her line when Dusty promptly stopped me and said this is the express line, we typically like to keep it open for customers with 10 or fewer items. I said, "well she's just standing there so rather than me having to go wait in line 7 other people to get checked out can I not just scoot through here?" He takes the front of my cart and turns it to go the other way, and again, says, "we keep this lane open for 10 items or less." I took a picture of his name tag and he asked if I wanted to speak with management and I told him no I would take care of it. I could've been checked out and out the door in the time it took for him to stroke, his ego as self check out leader. Sheesh, learn some customer service and if you have an employee standing around in a customer that's needing to get out the door just get the job done. And if somebody walked up with less than 10 items while I'm checking out with 20 items send them to self check out just the way you did me. Make it make sense! A customer with 10 items is more important then a customer with 20 items. Self checkout is available for the customer with less than 10 items just as much as it is everyone else. Customer service training needed!

I am a HUGE fan of Publix in general. This was the first time I was in this location. The woman in the deli was pretty rude to me, but I love Publix so I am not going to let that one experience alter my opinion.

We love this Publix location. The store is nice and clean. But our favorite thing about Publix is BOGO!

I've generally had a positive experience shopping at Publix, with friendly staff and a wide variety of products. However, I had a concerning encounter in the custom cuts - meat section. A particular employee, who can be described as short and on the heavier side, charged me an exorbitant fee to cut a chicken. While the chicken itself cost me $11, he imposed an additional $11 just for the cutting service, bringing my total to $22. This is quite high compared to the typical $2-$3 surcharge I've been charged by other employees. Moreover, his attitude and behavior were far from professional. It's concerning to think he might be influencing others to overcharge customers as well. Despite this, I'd like to mention that other employees in the store are commendably friendly and respectful to customers. I hope the management addresses this issue to ensure consistent and fair pricing for all patrons.

Expensive for All Natural.Got my usual health conscious groceries and the total cost was 60% more than the other grocery stores. I am used to this as most Natural/Organic and green food is expensive depending on where you go.Overall, it’s a clean and well laid out market. Staff wasn’t too helpful, but this market was small enough I was able to find what I needed.
