This Kroger was remodeled a few years ago and the store is decent with a good selection. However, the customer service is horrible! They are frequently out of carts and no one seems to care. The store can get very messy and you cannot find any help. I only come here to fill in my Aldi order and do not recommend it for everyday shopping!

They have two self checkout areas they are never used. Holiday weeks they need to be opened. One person can very easily handle two whole self checkout areas

This place has become disgusting. The checkout people are rude and lazy. Bagger with doody nails needs to go. She's a quitter. She left her co worker hanging by not bagging my stuff thinking she's proving a point. This place is nasty. Stay away.

I'm seeing more an more Krogers and since they bought my local Harris-Teeter chain, it's great to be able to earn/use Fuel Points at both.Today's shop was a small case of fizzy water and some snacks for the road. I found everything easily enough. The aisles are wide and the lighting is good. The store is quite clean. I used a self-checkout without any difficulty including entering my VIC card number. Prices are obviously more that Walmart but it is a much improved shopping experience.[Review 20085 overall - 441 in Tennessee - 1061 of 2023.]

Just because I'm there at 10:01 doesn't mean I deserve to be treated badly. Where's the customer service in that, I will shop at Publix from now on

I too as many do agree this is the worst grocery store you could shop. I'm not sure if it is management or the employees they hire or maybe both! I have found other means of replacing the things I purchase there. Now to figure out a way to completely stop from even walking in the front door. Good luck to the ones that still shop ther!!!!

Your workers smoke in the front right by the door! Maybe have a designated area on the side or in the back! Love the store very clean and organized!

It took the pharmacy 24 hours to fill a prescription. The prescription was supposed to filled the same day as my doctors appointment. Then, I called the next morning (first thing), they said it would be delivered between 2-3pm. It was 3pm and still no prescription. So I called and then told me it would be delivered between 5-5:30pm. The pharmacist SHOULD NOT be allowed to tell you when a prescription will be delivered because it's not even Kroger delivering it. Then, I went to go to store to pick up my prescription thinking it would take time to get ready, but IT WAS AT THE STORE THE WHOLE TIME!

Horrendous customer service. I've never encountered such rude employees--not even at Walmart!!! They need a change of management apparently because this is the norm in this store!!

This place saved us during the recent snow event we got here in Mount Juliet. If you're not ordering groceries via the Kroger app and then doing contactless pickup, you're doing it wrong. No long lines, no crowded aisles and the longest I've waited for grocery's was about 15minutes. Avoid weekend pickups!

lonnie MR 47 YEARS!!! if you are not going to have managers at the store when you open at 6am then you need to have employees that are actually there to help. i came in and was done shopping at 638am. i had a basket full of groceries and LONNIE aka Mr 47 years, at the self check out refused to ring me out on the regular register. he expected me to ring out a full basket of groceries at self checkout or wait over 20 minutes until 7am when he claimed someone could ring me up. i have been to plenty kroger's across nashville antioch franklin & donelson, shopping at 6am and getting done before 645am. i have NEVER had an issue with the self checkout worker jumping on the regular register to ring me out especially when using card payment. i told him this then he proceeded to throw up that he's worked there 47 years and has never seen me at this kroger before. regardless of the fact-- this was my first and last time ever shopping at this mt juliet kroger (401 s mt juliet rd) again!!! BUT if he has worked there 47 years how are you not able to multitask??? plus the fact there was literally no one else in self checkout. he just didn't want to help me. period. for someone that has been there 47 years i would think he would have way better customer service skills than what i witnessed on the morning of wednesday january 20th. he definitely needs further training or support. again, i will never step foot in this kroger again! beautiful store but horrible experience i never want to go through again. sad.

I regularly shop at Kroger, Providence Market Place, along with Publix for meats, and Walmart for personal care, cleaning and paper products. The store is now much improved since remodeling in 2020. While much cleaner now, no match for Publix' cleanlinessDespite what Yelp says, now open daily 6 am - 11 pm.Pluses:* Prices are very good, and near Walmart. * Very good beer and wine selection. Beer all chilled. My go-to store for beer and wine. Person doing the beer and wine stocking told me this is the highest grossing beer and wine store in Middle-Tennessee. I believe it.* Very good cheese selection* Boar's Head in the deli* Large self-checkout area usually without wait* Kroger gas with discounts that begin once you spend more than $100/month in the grocery store* Good floral shopSmall Gripes:* To use coupons in self-checkout, you have to wait for the clerk to accept. Waste of time.* I've tried various cuts of steaks several times...flavor just doesn't compare with Publix where I now buy all my meats. Don't know why* Fresh hard rolls missing in the bakery.* Too many sale items require "Must Purchase 5" for best price. Impractical for me.

Don't use their grocery delivery service omg! Our order was to arrive between 5-6pm. She began shopping at 4:30. I paid $10 for delivery and was notified that it will be 7pm. I called and was told their scales were down. But nothing I ordered needed to be weighed! I also received a series of real time text updates and our shopper Mallory, seemingly has a difficult time with the shopping. She can't locate items that are definitely in store, she has refunded items that could have been substituted. All around a terrible experience. I hate to give business to Walmart because Walmart is gross, but at least they have their orders ready on time to pick up and don't charge a fee. This was a complete disaster. Guess we will eat dinner at 8:00. Update as I typed this, I got a message that Skyler is shopping for us now. Good lord.
