If you enjoy a warm or hot shower in the morning DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL, you get cold water with burst of less cold, never even gets warm. But at night the water will be hot enough to burn your skin. What a poor building design by such a “wealthy” corporation! Do better!

Nevermind the distance from the city. This is what a hotel experience should be like. Very clean, very quiet, very close to local shopping and eateries. Very attentive and friendly staff. And Brianna... World-class customer service with a smile and makes a MEAN lemon drop. Seriously, it's like lemonade Kool-aid for adults. This is the only spot I plan to make reservations at anytime I visit Nashville for an overnight trip.

We found this hotel after being booked into the Staybridge just a few minutes away and a mistake on the room we booked (not by us). We needed a a suite with travelling with our 4 year old son and they gave us a studio not suite. My husband called Residence Inn and they were so helpful on the phone and were able to accommodate us.
When we got there, again , amazing people at check in. They gave us a great corner suite (room 410. Highly recommend) and it was amazing!
The room was gorgeous and huge!! Massive bedroom and kitchen and wonderful living area. Perfect for what we needed. And they had a putting green (“mini golf”) which my son loved and played 4 times and a heated pool. The heating wasn’t working but what 4 year old cares about that! He had a blast.
Breakfast was free and great for a morning start.
Thank you to all the team that looked after us! We appreciate your warm and friendliness!!!

I loved this hotel the instant I saw "No smoking within 50 feet of the hotel". It looks and smells clean, and the staff is wonderful.

We had 4 rooms booked for family and the hotel was great. The rooms are spacious enough for the extended family to visit. The beds comfortable, the breakfast had plenty of hot and cold options and the dining area was lovely. The restaurant bar closed at 10 and the staff friendly. The hotel is convenient to Nashville, but out of the chaos. This was the nicest dog friendly hotel we have ever stayed. Other than seeing a couple of friendly gals heading outside to potty, we would have never known it was pet friendly. The staff does a nice job and we would definitely stay at this property again.Rooms: The rooms were very spacious and the kitchens had real dishes, including a set of pans. It even had a full-sized refrigerator.Noteworthy details: The rooms were very spacious and comfortable for visiting.

Pretty nice hotel they have an outside area. The fire pit was not working sadly, but they have put putt putt do you like cough, and other things to do. Enjoyed some pizza inside with family. Hotel staff is super accommodating.However, one downside is the check-in is not until 5:00 PM

I can't say enough about this Residence Inn. We travel a lot. CLEAN!! This is a beautiful hotel. Everyone was extra friendly. Our room was amazing. Breakfast was hot and everything was clean and tidy there as well. We will be staying there again!Rooms: Clean and spacious.Noteworthy details: Everyone was very friendly and made an effort to say HI!

Con's- The water pressure is ridiculously low here.- You can hear the people above you so if you don't have top status or don't pay for the top floor you can hear the people above you.- tiny pool! No hot tub- The worst hotel coffee ever.Pro's+ Large spacious rooms+ Large breakfast area and Lobby
