Love my 2020 Chrysler Pacifica that I purchased this past June. The people have all been helpful and friendly. Recently I received a call from Anthony Novelle, service manager. He informed me that he found another key bob for my vehicle. Highly recommend Mt. Juliet CDJR, if service is important to you.

NEVER purchase an extended warranty on a used car from this dealership or. better yet, never purchase a used car from this dealership period! I purchase a used Chrysler 300 from them reasoning that I would be getting a vehicle that had been checked over and pronounced safe and reliable. Came to find out it has TWO safety recalls on it on that had not been addressed and I only found out because I received a letter from the State of Tennessee informing me about the fact that there was no record that the recalls had been repaired! When I called the dealership (it was then Rocky Williams Jeep Chrysler), the service manager only said "Must have fallen through the cracks!" Spent the next two years having to air up the (new) tires every time the temperatures dropped below 40 degrees because of the cheap chrome on the wheels (according to 3 local tires shops). Frustrating but not an unsurmountable issue since I have an air compressor at my house. Latest fiasco was was actually prompted me to finally right this review. Part of the exhaust system rusted out (on a car with only about 84,000 miles on it now) so, I took it to a local shop only to find out that this isn't covered on what I was sold by the dealership as a quote "bumper to bumper warranty" that (according the salesman) covered everything except tires and windshield wipers!!). While I knew that that was probably a bit of an exaggeration and things such as belts, hoses and filters wouldn't be covered, the fact that a $2,600 repair to the exhaust was something of a shock!! Of course, I called the dealership and actually talked to the original salesman who promises to check into things and call me back. That was over 24 hours ago so I'm not expecting anything to be done at this point. Just beware that if you buy a used car from this place, you might not be getting what you think you are or what you're told! NOT a happy customer at this point!

I took my truck in to have some minor service done, and this was a wonderful experience. It was my first time at this location, and I was a little concerned because I didn't have a great experience at another Dodge dealership in Nashville (read my other reviews if you're interested in that one). The appointment time was met, and the work was done correctly. Wonderful people were there to help answer any questions I had, and overall was a great experience.

DO NOT TRUST OR BUY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. We found a used 2021 Infinity QX50 with 24k miles on their website for about $4k less than KBB value. Carfax was shown as clean/clear with no wreck reported. Contacted the dealership and was put in contact with a salesman by the name of Dan Kirk. Spoke to him about going to see the vehicle and ended up driving 2.5hrs up to the dealership on 9/30/23.Dan showed us the car and explained again in person that the car has a clean title and that the Carfax shows no wreck history. We looked it over and noticed a cracked front grill/trim, left corner of the front bumper by the headlight showed a blotched paint repair, and that both front tires were abnormally worn, but were also almost down to the wear bar at about 3/32-4/32 at best. We were assured that the vehicle had gone through the service department to receive an oil change and full inspection. We did try to bargain a little since we did find some defects, but were told that the listed price was the bottom dollar since it's already way under KBB value. We were then given the key to take the vehicle on a test drive, but it was low on fuel so Dan instructed us to just take the inner/backroads around the area to avoid the traffic caused by the nearby mall. During the test ride everything seemed fine until we heard a random rattling sound, but was assured by Dan that it was nothing to be concerned about and that it was probably just a loose engine cover that he would check over himself or have service look it back over. We were also assured that the car was still under factory warranty for another 18 months so if we did have any concerns it would be taken care of even with them selling the vehicle "as-is".Fast forward through the paperwork/finance department, we ended up purchasing an extended warranty plan just in case anything surprising would come about as well. During the 2.5hr drive back home it was noticed that there was an awkward "roaring" noise that was more noticeable when going about 70+mph, which we were not able to test drive faster than 45mph.It was figured that the tires being as abnormally worn as they are, were probably the cause to the roaring noise so we got a new set of Michelin's installed on 10/1. After test driving it again with the new set of the tires, the noise was still present so we decided that we needed to get the vehicle into our local Infinity dealership. We dropped off the vehicle at local Infinity dealership on 10/3/23 to have them perform an inspection. On 10/4/23 we were contacted by them and were told by the service advisor that there had been a collision at some point in time that was very apparent as soon as the vehicle was lifted up in the air. The subframe is bent and it looks like someone had tried to repair it, but costs could be $3k-$5k to fix correctly and is unsafe to drive as it sits.We contacted Dan about the issues the same day, but were told that he and the sales manager both had the day off so they would contact us the following day. The following day we had to contact them again, but were told that the manager has been in meetings so he will contact us as soon as he could. Another day had passed so we had to reach out once more on the following day (10/6/23) to leave a harsh voicemail to which we finally got a call back within 15 minutes from Scott Mitchell, a sales manager. He was aware of our situation, but unwilling to help. He explained that he sold us a vehicle for way under KBB value so it basically shouldn't matter if we found any issues, which makes it seem like they knew of the issues and is the reason why they were selling it for so cheap. He also tried to explain that since we bought an extended warranty, it would be covered. Definitely not the case since it's been wrecked and not a manufacturing defect. We were told flat-out no to any help and that they only "sell vehicles, not buy back vehicles". WE'RE NOW STUCK WITH A VEHICLE THAT IS SITTING IN THE DRIVEWAY AND UNSAFE TO DRIVE.

From the moment I called to make an appointment everyone was so nice and accommodating. The woman who scheduled my appointment was prompt and kind knew what I was talking about and quick to assist. When I dropped my car off everyone was very friendly and helpful. The turn around was quick for the repair and I was off and onto the rest of my Saturday in no time. I was very happy with everyone I encountered.

Without a doubt, this is the best dealership in the area. From the salespeople to the service department, they can't be beat. I'll definitely be back.

Haven’t been vehicle shopping in years because it’s always been a process I didn’t care for.My wife and I worked with Kenny Smith and he made the process enjoyable. He was great to deal with. I highly recommend dealing with Kenny if your looking for a knowledgeable, no pressure , and easy to talk to salesman.

We thoroughly enjoyed buying our daughters car from this dealer. Garrett was so pleasant and knowledgeable and was there for us in negotiating a fair deal. We would definitely use Garrett again if we decide to trade or purchase another car.

Worked with Garrett and Lacy to buy a new truck. They're two great men looking out for the customer. We walked in absolutely defeated by the truck buying process and previous issues with another vehicle. They really made us feel comfortable, calm and confident in their expertise. We found a truck that'll work perfectly for us and walked out with it the same day. 100% recommended asking for Garrett when you walk in. He'll treat you right.

The salesman in which I had was Mr. Garrett Chesak. I would like to say that he was very nice, professional, friendly and wonderful personality. I would recommend him for any help in finding you what you need in a car, truck or SUV. Thank you so much.

I brought my truck in and paid quite a bit for them to diagnose what I told them was the problem with my truck. They opened the hood and listened and confirmed I have a cracked exhaust manifold. The money I paid was to be applied to the replacement of it once it came in. Six weeks later I called to see if the part was in and was told that they mistakenly did not order it and the ticket had been closed. Not only that but it would be a while till they could order it since they can order only one per week and there is 9 people ahead of me in line. That’s before it can be ordered and who knows how long before it actually arrives so the repair can be made. Everyone makes mistakes but they should have tried to do something to make it right. No, they just ignored that they erred and put my truck at risk for further damage having to wait over 2 months before they can even order it. I’ll never go back and they can keep that money. I’ll spend more for a better experience somewhere else.

Great place, with great people, and excellent service and support!I really wish this have been the first place I went to.Came here after I got screwed over by East Tennessee Dodge in Crossville TN.But that's another story. Explained my situation to Mount Juliet, and they were able to get me taken care of and in a new Ram with no problems!Really wish that I had stopped here first, but I learned my lesson.Mount Juliet is where I will definitely buy my vehicles from in the future!

Wow! ?The service, professionalism and speed was outstanding!!!Taking a cross country trip in my Challenger and we knew that when we got to Nashville we’d need an oil change. After attempting to book at various dealerships, only Mt. Juliet would take a last minute appointment. The waiting area was very pleasant and gave me plenty of room to catch-up on some work.Wish I lived near you, as I would take all my MOPARS for their services here.Thank you!
