taylor is absolutely amazing. she helped me pick out the best color with my skin tone and explained the process of at home hair color so well. she also showed me the best shampoo to use and a hair mask. so sweet and helpful. great service from ms taylor

I came in to buy my usual. Jet Black Hair Dye and Developer. The sales associate recommended a certain color and asked me what the purpose of dying my roots is (covering grey hair.. etc) For what I'm needing the color for, she actually advised me to get a different developer this time and explained the reasons for that in detail. She knew her product well. She also informed me about all discounts that Sally has and was very informative. She did a great job and I will be seeking for her next time I come in. I was leaving the store feeling in good hands and happy about her customer service! She was great! I wish I knew her name- she should get a promotion or something =) (Blonde shoulder length hair with currently blue ends) Super awesome employee!

I would love to shop here more, but when I am told my 3 year old daughter needs to go next door to subway for the restroom as I am carrying a load of items to purchase, I will save my money and find a more friendly establishment. Not happy with this store whatsoever.

I love every employee I've ever been in contact with at Sally Beauty Supply in the Mt. Juliet/ Pleasant Grove Rd. location. They are so helpful and attentive. The store is always organized and the employees are always educated about the products in the store.
