My husband and I came in to try out some beds. We had no idea what we were looking for. As soon as we walked in, Ms Swati welcomed us and got to know us. She showed us handful of great options. She was patient and very observant on our reactions/responses. She led us to the perfect fit and introduced us to the adjustable frame. It was the best experience we could have asked for! Thank you Ms. Swati for taking such good care of us!

Swati and Kim took great care of us at the Mt. Juliet store. We checked out 2 other mattress stores beforehand and were surprised at all the new basic information and options the other stores had not shared with us. Between the impressive sales experience and the great price on their Monaco line, sold only by Sleep Outfitters, our decision to buy from them was a no brainer. Delivery experience this morning went well also.

Swati took her time figuring out my needs and showing me several mattresses to fit them, explaining the differences to me too. She found me exactly what I needed and set up a delivery date that worked for me. She and other staff members there were pleasant and welcoming. You can tell they enjoy the work they do and helping people.

Swati from Sleep Outfitters was very helpful and knowledgeable regarding the mattresses. She showed me a wide selection and gave me advice on what the best product would be for me. She was very helpful and friendly and made my shopping experience enjoyable. I recommend Swati for assistance if you need help with a new mattress.

We are very happy that we chose Sleep Outfitters of Mt Juliet for our mattress purchase. We needed 4 new mattresses for our family, and when we walked in Swati greeted us with a smile. She took the time and really listened to our needs and what we were looking for, and showed us exactly what we needed on the first shot. She wasn't pushy, and really showed kindness and we really appreciated her sales approach.

I bought a mattress from the Mt.Juliet, TN location and Swati Suchak was the outfitter that helped me out. She took her time to explain the different mattresses I might be interested in and their features. In the end, I got the perfect mattress and am very satisfied with the mattress and her service. I would highly recommend her if you’re looking for a perfect fit and a great nights sleep.
