Wonderful experience! My husband did some legwork at the mattress places around town and found that this was the best! After he met with Swati to test some mattresses, I went to narrow down our final choice. Swati was great, patient, explained everything and answered all our questions. Excited about our new mattress! After visiting several mattress stores, I stumbled upon sleep outfitters. Swati, my salesperson, greeted me warmly, asked a few questions and guided me to my perfect mattress. We tried three different ones, but because she listened to what I was looking for, the process was quick. I am completely satisfied with my purchase and I never felt like I was being pressured to make a decision or was being oversold. Thank Swati I highly recommend Sleep outfitters in Mt. Juliet, TN.

My wife and I were looking for a certain kind of mattress & we looked at the info that we researched & found that Sleep Outfitters had what we were looking for. It was raining on the day that we went, but when we arrived, we were pleasantly Surprised & received a Warm Greeting from Ms. Swati Suchak. It was one of the Most Wonderful Experiences that I've ever encountered. She was Patient, Kind, Professional & Most of All Knowledgeable about the products that she was selling.It's Rare to find Good Customer Service these days, but we were Blessed by the Experience that we had with Ms. Swati. She was The Best of The Best! We've gone to many stores, but no one Treated us the way that she did, and we are Most Appreciative. My hat is off to her for her Excellent Skills and Service. Kudos for a Heartfelt Experience.

My husband and I had the pleasure of working with Swati Suchak at the Mt. Juliet store. We had made a deal that we wouldn’t purchase that day to give us time to shop around…that plan didn’t work out. Swati was very pleasurable to work with and took her time to show us every bed recommended for the type of sleepers we are. Even when other customers came in, she didn’t rush thru the process with us to get to them. She was able to see to their needs and questions while assisting us as well. Even after purchasing, she followed up with us until we received out bed and base and even offered her time to show me how to work the remote and set the base up. We decided to replace our Sleep Number bed and went to Sleep Outfitters to check out other options. We found the perfect bed for us at a very reasonable price. The manager was there at the time and was extremely helpful. We are anxious to get the new bed.
