Horrible horrible will never rent here again and will tell my family to stay away. Staff is horrible and will not help in any way. Trying to get out of storage and needed a couple of extra days and the lady laughed and said that I would still have to pay for the whole month or they would take my stuff and throw it away tonight if my bill isn’t paid? Always on time never late once. HORRIBLE STAFF STAY AWAY IF THERE WAS A ZERO I WOULD GIVE 0. Learn customer skills people. And also I will not be reaching out so if you want more information please feel free to reach me!!!!

We have units at two of their locations and have experienced nothing but great experiences all the way around. The people working there are always friendly and quick to help. The facilities as well are always clean , and it is obvious they take pride in their locations.Would definitely recommend.

WARNING: please find somewhere else to store your things. I have had my unit empty for two months and this company continues to claim that the unit isn’t empty. I have confirmed this with witnesses and am being forced to deal with this daily. When I called and spoke with Lisa she was extremely rude and unhelpful. My roommate has a unit at the same place and I traveled to check that it was indeed empty with her. Therefore, she used her access code. Lisa told me that she “can see when I use my access code and I wasn’t there last night.” When I explained the situation with my roommate, she stated that was untrue and she would be able to see that in the system. Do not give these people your information. It will cost you more hassle than it’s worth. I would rather keep my things in a tent next to I-40 before ever renting a storage unit from this company again.

Warning: I had a storage unit rental at Just box it on Sunset Circle in Mount Juliet. Due to the holidays I was unable to find anyone to help me move out until the 2nd of the month. I canceled my storage on that day also. My credit card was charged this morning for the full amount. When I called and spoke with the people at just box it and explain to them my situation, they said there was nothing that they could do. That they did walk throughs on the 1st and that if you were not out by the first you were charged the full amount and that they did no prorating. I find that rather funny since they prorated me for the month that I moved in, but they informed me that they don't prorate when you move out. Now in a normal circumstance I wouldn't have a problem with this. It being the holidays , and In these Covid times I have a huge issue with it. People are losing their jobs, their homes and their businesses. People also need storage units to store those said things in. I am posting this as a warning to people because I was not informed of the no prorating for move out when I signed up for said unit.

Don’t go here to get storage unit at your house!! They don’t inspect box and it rained and flooded in box and ruined our $10000 couch/sectional and would not cover any cost for their negligence of keeping up with their units! USE PODS company they actually take care of their units !!

We had called and told the call center to closed out our account the end of last month, they never did and are still sending us bills in the mail. When I call the call center they always say the manager Rebecca will call us and she NEVER does... I know there is not someone that stays at the office but you can never get ahold of someone that actually works at that location.. very unprofessional. Waiting to hear back from the manager or district manager currently about our situation.

Secure storage facility with 24 hour access and a self service kiosk. The gate wouldn't close once and I was able to get ahold of the after hours customer service and they were very responsive.
