Today I went for a haircut and I am absolutely blown away. Yovanny deserves a raise. She seriously did an amazing Job. And she’s been cutting hair for 30+ years I believe.
As she was cutting my hair, I was able to tell she’s been doing it for a long time. She puts so much heart and soul into her job. She is a hard worker I can tell! Give this Woman a raise!
I am now confident in going to haircuts cause every time I go, I am so nervous. 90% of the time it gets screwed up, but this Women right here just took away all the fears of me getting a haircut.

Was told I couldn't get the cut I wanted, then settled for just a regular haircut. It wasn't sprayed when cut and is now very uneven. My girlfriend request just 3 inches taken off of her length and a similar situation happened but had roughly 6 inches cut off.

I really like this location! Every time I go I always get exactly what I want. The ladies working there are very friendly and knowledgeable. Also, there’s a Starbucks next to them, so it always smells like coffee; that’s a plus for me!

My husband went there on 4/23/2024 at 4 pm. The lady who done his hair refused to do his eyebrow and breard by saying she didn't have time because she was about to go break. We never have problem with anyone there before but this time she is so rude.

Very disappointed, I made an appointment for a hair color, it was confirmed by them and when I got there, they told me that "today" they did not perform that procedure. It's not the first time. but it will definitely be the last.

Customer service is awesome, however my husband didn't like his haircut which may be due to lack of experience with ethnic hair texture. The cut does not reflect the professionalism of the stylist.
