I walked in and in just a few short minutes, April was listening to what I needed. Less than 30 minutes later, I was leaving the store after having everything completed. It was professional, helpful, and thorough. Thank you, April. You're the greatest.

Every time I have went into this store the associates do not know what they are doing. Very bad manager who evidently does not know how to manage people or train them properly. First time we went into to sign up for an account after about a hour of them not seeming to know how to handle signing up a customer we finally left. We then went to the Lebanon location on Cumberland and signing up and transferring phones and getting a new one along with getting internet went smooth as silk pie.Went back to Mt Juliet location to change account after my spouse passed away and after 40 minutes of watching one associate cleaning his wallet on company time and then him and another could not figure out how to change an account when the person on the account has passed. I even had the death certificate. Finally had to leave, but only after the nasty manager finally came out and acted like I should not be angry that his employees wasted my time. He acted like it was just fine that the employees didn’t know what they were doing. It was totally his fault for not lending a hand and the fact he doesn’t seem to know how to train his employees.

I previously purchased an iPhone 11 with AppleCare through Best Buy with Verizon. March 7th 2021 I switched providers to T Mobile and upgraded to an iPhone 12 at the Mount Juliet TN store. I specifically asked the associate if my Best Buy AppleCare insurance would transfer over and he told me YES. Fast forward to now, I learned that the AppleCare through Best Buy does not transfer. At the time I had no right to question his direction since he is supposed to be trained appropriately on phone and coverage policies. I only found out because I called to cancel the insurance. I have been charged $16.45 every month since my 2021 upgrade based upon a T Mobile associate’s incorrectly given information. I am looking for a refund or upgrade credit in compensation for this costly error on the associate’s part.I called this store previously and was told there was nothing they can do. I find that answer quite unacceptable given this was not my fault. I was given incorrect information on T mobiles part.Please contact me in regards to making this situation right. I don’t deserve to pay for someone’s else’s training mistake, nor should possible others.T mobile has been a great provider otherwise and I would recommend their service.Thank you.

I waited too long just to buy a cord. There were 2 customers in the store.But, the staff was friendly & the store looked good.

April was THE BEST. She asked why I chose this location to purchase my new phone I said plainly "The REVIEWS" since I live near a diff location. Super informative of diff devices, listened to what I was wanting, and helped set up/transfer my info over. The whole process was smooth (aside from data transfer but that's to be expected depending how much you have on your phone). Through it all she kept me informed and updated on the status of it. Huge shoutout to Logan, Cicily, Chuck, and Austin who went above and beyond helping me deal with support to get my phone unlocked after I paid it off. I had to make two trips to the store and each time they were extremely helpful when they did not have to be. Excellent Customer Service from the Mount Juliet T Mobile Team!!!!

Despite the store being a bit understaffed, Logan made the process as streamline as possible. Super friendly and a fantastic customer service approach and attitude. He even managed to save me money on my plan. As a manager this is exactly the kind of employee I would want to work with.Good stuff! Keep it up!

Phenomenal service. Dwayne helped me for almost two hours getting my phone hooked up to a new number. He offered more deals (that he would likely get commission on), but was not pushy about them in the slightest. He laid out the exact costs and was polite about it each time. He stood with me and was very friendly as he worked with me and had me pull up various things on my phone to sign or confirm on. It took a long time, but I could tell he was being as efficient as possible. Dwayne was the one specifically who helped, but since I was in there such a long time, some of the other workers came up once or twice as well. They were all very friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anyone.

My first experience at this store, the employees were friendly and helpful and I didn’t mind too badly that I was stuck there 3 hours for them to transfer our service because of system issues.Tonight I tried to come to the store to switch out my screen protector (a service I pay for) and I stood by the entry door for over 20 minutes without being acknowledged. There were 2 customers being assisted so the room was not overflowing with bodies. I understand they may not get to me immediately and that would have been fine. But to not even acknowledge my presence after almost a half hour standing there waiting? Incredibly frustrating. And of course I can’t replace my own screen protector without voiding the warranty. So I guess I’m stuck trying again and hoping to catch a window when I won’t be ignored.

I went to send my trade in device. Also needed couple of esim to physical sim. They were very helpful. I would recommend this store. Also they provided all the info I was looking for new lines.
