Kind!! The front desk worker and technician, Andrew, were super helpful in doing an act of service for me this morning. What's even better is they worked with a genuine smile. I could tell there was some hard work going on in there with the sweat running down Andrew's face. I will be back for future tire needs. Grease… Grease and more Grease.
There's no justification for treating a customer's vehicle with such disregard. When the manager, Chris was shown a picture of the grease. Shrugged shoulders “I tell them to use floor mats” ?♂️
After spending over $1,000 on an alignment (an adjustment, it’s still not aligned according to their own document) two ball joints replaced and oil change, this is the condition in which my vehicle was returned.
I have several other significant concerns regarding the associated costs, which I will be addressing in my deceptive business practice complaint to the District Attorney's Consumer Affairs office.

Please direct your conversation to Chris and Zak, the Manager and Assistant Manager, as they are fully informed about all my complaints. Furthermore, I have ensured that support@ was included in the complaint to the District Attorney.

Unethical!! On 8/19/24, Tire Discounter technician told me I needed 2 front tires. But, if I bought 4 tires, they would give me $160 alignment for free. I agreed. Later, I was told that they couldn't do alignment unless they did certain repairs for $2300. Since this a a high mileage car, I declined. Since I couldn't get the free alignment, I told them to just put the tires that were still good back on the car and I'd just buy the new tires for front. They told me that they couldn't do that because they had already put my old "good" tires in the back and didn't know where they were. I had to drive my car on an out-of-town trip the next day so I had to pay for the 2 new tires that I DID NOT NEED. I asked to speak to someone and was told that the Regional Manager would contact me. I haven't heard from the Regional Manager or from anyone else connected with Tire Discounters! How unethical and dishonest!!

Had super great service! Was fast and very professional. The manager at the front desk was very thorough, called me within an hour identifying the problem and the cost. It was the alternator and a belt. After I gave them permission to proceed, it was ready within hours. After I explained it would be the next day before I would have a ride to pick it up, he solved my problem, and sent a Uber to pick me up! How nice was that!!
I highly recommend this Mt Juliet Tire Discounters and am now a future customer!

Was told they couldn’t align my car after I purchased 4 new tires because of a bad ball joint but I get it fixed they wil do it then for free.Fine got it fixed and scheduled a appointment few weeks later and when I showed up I was told that the alignment machine was down and may take while to get it running. I was assured that it would get done that day. So I left the car almost all day only to get a call later that afternoon saying that they could not fix it. If they told me when I dropped it off that would’ve been ok. Being that I live about 20 miles from it was a bit inconvenient. Next time Discount Tire here I come.Free alignment my arss.

If you can get an appointment with them they with no question get you taken care of. To that they are hard to get in with with out an appointment. Great people great service

The employees are making thier own rules, and do not serve the clients as the company premot on the website.
The store became a den after Mike left the management.

This is the best tire shop I’ve been to! After my horrible service at the Hermitage location, I called this shop and explained the situation. They told me to come in immediately and they would get me taken care of. I arrived at the tire shop and they were so helpful! They got my car in right away even tho they were very busy. I waited 45 min and my car was done! They apologized for the poor service at the Hermitage location and told me the patch was on them. I was so appreciative! This tire shop is the best and very professional! I will be back for any of my tire needs!
