Everytime I bring my dog there for a bath, they have everything I need, or I'll just let them know and someone will bring it. They're always loving on my dog and after his bath, they give him a treat...sometimes 2. Very kind and friendly people.

I had a return and Kellie was very rude to me. I rather her refuse the return instead of treating me badly and talking to another coworker about me. This store is known for its friendly staff and having an bad attitude messes that up.

Went into the store to return some work shoes I purchased a week ago and could not find my reciept. Luckily I have rewards so they can locate my receipt with my phone number. (called before to make sure) The lady at the register ask me for my number 10 times. Then called another guy over to help. He then ask for my number 5 additional times and located my purchase. He asked for a manger to come help and that manager came over with a hostile attitude. He then proceeded to asked me for my number an additional 9 times before I asked him to please write it down. Well at that point he “yelled” at me being very agitated when I asked him to stop yelling at me and told him that I didnt apreciate him yelling at me. Additionally he still kept entering my number another 5 more times but all he kept saying is one more time and one more time and whats your address and your email and then “opps” it got all erased…. smh! I just dont understand companies putting people like him who have no patients, respect or customer service skills to be in a manger position dealing with customers… I am deeply disappointed on how I was treated today. I wont be going back to this store ever again thanks to “Mark!”

We’ve been coming to this Tractor Supply location for about five years and it is a nicely kept, well-stocked, clean store with friendly, helpful staff. I always appreciate how friendly the employees are more than anything.

Tractor Supply has just about everything in one place from garden to pets. Everyone is very helpful at the store and friendly. Mark even showed me where large bags of cat were on the shelf and loaded it! On weekends they have Vet services at different locations.
