Austin H and his crew arrived within the windows and immediately got to work. They were able to collect all item from the house quickly and transported it all to a storage unit. They were also quick, but careful, unloading the truck. The whole crew was very polite. Thanks guys

I recently moved with Tri-Star Moving. I've moved enough to have worked with a few different movers/moving companies over the years, and this was hands down the best experience to date. Tri-star's online platform was easy to navigate to start my initial request for service, and then their team reach-out via phone, text, and email was easy and informative. Anthony and Wilson were my movers on the day of, and they were phenomenal! Amiable and professional. They made it look so easy, and I certainly didn't make it easy on them - I had electricians blocking the entrance to and from the house for most of the time they were loading the truck due to a scheduling mistake. They wrapped and protected everything going into the truck with care, and even my king-sized Sleep Number bed seemed no challenge to them. I would highly recommend this company!

Our goal was to find a great business full of honest people. Tri-Star is truly amazing. MaryEmily was there to answer every single question. She showed patience and consideration. Our moving team, Kenneth and Kaceem were AMAZING!!! They were polite and respectful! They were hardworking, and we truly appreciate them! We will always utilize Tri-Star!

My first time using a moving company and they were excellent! Great communication, efficient and professional. I was quoted 4 1/2 hours and they got the whole job done in less than four hours. Would definitely hire again!

We were moved by Anthony and Wilson. They were incredibly professional and helped us navigate the waters of using a moving service because we had never used movers before. I would recommend these guys all day everyday. Great customer service in their office while I was going through getting estimates for service and then again on moving day.

Hands down the best movers I’ve ever hired. These guys went for 10 hours plus and went 110% all day all the while keeping a super friendly attitude. Austin and Landon were amazing. Absolutely recommend!!!

Anthony, Wilson, and Josh were AMAZING! I will always use this company when I need to move. My house has incredibly difficult and tricky stairs. They are narrow and curved. There was no way I could get my stuff in there alone, and I was worried about the movers doing it too, but they mastered them. I am so grateful for the help, and they made moving so easy. Shoutout to Anthony, Wilson, and Josh—they are the best and I’ll be calling on them/Tri Star always moving forward!

In 3.5 years, we have moved 3 times in the Nashville area. I have moved a total of 20 times throughout 8 States. This company is at the top! They rival the top National companies. Kenny, Kaceem, Robert and Man were polite, professional and moved quickly….but very carefully. Really great guys! They wrapped the stair rails, door jam and the door at both places and laid out runners to protect the floors. All furniture was wrapped and padded extremely well and anything with a glass front had cardboard added and wrapped again. They measured the height of a couple of spaces just to be sure…before moving some larger pieces. Not one ding in a wall and we have very large, very heavy, solid wood furniture. I already gave a referral to two friends who will be moving in the next couple of months. Would highly recommend and would definitely use them again!
