Great value for the money. Clean, comfortable room. Liked the minimalist approach with bare floors and shelves instead of drawers. Because this Tru is also in the same building with a Hilton Garden Inn, the lobby was really nice, with a well stocked Market and a Starbucks. Would definitely return.

This is a nice modern hotel and Taylor had excellent customer service. We arrived and upon check in realized the tv had no connection we called for maintenance but there was no night maintenance to help so we had no tv and internet would not connect to Wi-Fi on key card. I decided to swim and the pool looked so beautiful but the water was merky and it had leaves and bugs so that was another maintenance issue. The breakfast was good. I feel with correction on maintenance issues and hiring night maintenance it would be a great place to stay. Also please make sure rooms have fresh rolls of toilet paper. Our toilet paper was used and no extra rolls. I really hope these issues improve we would like to give the hotel another try. Thanks!

Smallest room I've ever stayed in. I was not impressed with this hotel by any means. No microwave in the room or anything. There isn't even a closet. I mean tiny with a pipe to hang clothes on. Staff weren't accommodating. It just won't be somewhere I stay again.

I arrived late and the lobby was in chaos! This has nothing to do with the hotel, except it was always quite loud in the lobby. The acoustics are terrible! And people like myself who are noise sensitive beware. My room was nice and clean and comfortable, and I was lucky enough to have a room at the end of the hall. There was some type of kids soccer or some other event there that weekend, plus a family reunion, so the halls were busy and loud and people were marching up and down the halls early and late and loud. Lol I guess I really am noise sensitive.
All the staff were super nice and super helpful, unfortunately the breakfast that management decided to do was mostly starch. The best part was the super cold and sweet yogurt that came out of the dispenser when you pushed the button. I just ate that every morning, But it wasn't worth the $20 extra per night for breakfast included, So buyer beware.

This is a decent hotel. They had hot breakfast which includes sausage, pancake, yogurts, fruits and cereal. The yogurt from the machine was a nice touch.
The room was decent size. The hotel itself is newer. We stayed here for two nights. One of the elevator was not working for a few hours on both days when we stayed here. It was worked on and started to work by the staff then stop working again.

Nice newer property with lounge, pool, pool table and plenty of seating. The location is very close to plenty of good restaurants and a really nice Publix grocery store. My only complaint/dissatisfaction is the intense use of plastic wrappers on everything in the breakfast area. It's a bummer to see so much waste. It appears they may have had a cockroach or mouse problem and are taking preventive measures.

We stayed at this hotel 5/18. The hotel was unusual in that the right half of the building was a Tru by Hilton and the left half was a Hilton Garden Inn. It was nice that the Hilton Garden Inn had a restaurant and bar available to guests of both hotels, although we didn't use those facilities. But the complimentary breakfast room on the Tru side of the building was only available to Tru guests. So the kitchen room was kept locked, and it was necessary to use a room key to get in to select your food items. The clerk at the front desk was friendly and welcomed us as Hilton Silver Honors members and gave us two bottles of water. The bed in our room was comfortable. Tru provides only one chair in the room, so one person must sit on the bed or on a bench under the TV.

I was absolutely appalled at the way my group was treated at this hotel. There was a power hungry, rude girl (Cassidy) at the front desk that wanted to cause trouble by complaining about everything that we did. Don’t go there if you are trying to enjoy a good time outside at the pool, in the lobby, or anywhere on the property.

Checked into Tru by Hilton Mt. Juliet—brand new hotel with a big, open lobby and cool amenities. Everything feels fresh and modern, perfect for a comfy stay!
