Bought a new 2022 F350 from Two Rivers Ford in June of 2022. Had to sign a paper that a sensor was not installed on the truck due to a supply chain shortage. Waited 1 1/2 years and no contact about the part. During a oil change visit in December 2023 I asked about the sensor and was told the part was available but Ford was not going to install it unless there was a problem. A short time later I got a recall notice from Ford Motor saying the sensor was available and I needed to bring the truck in for the part to be installed. Called Two Rivers Ford Service Department December 15, 2023 at 8:25 AM to schedule an appointment for the recall. Appointment was set up for January 3, 2024 at 7:00 AM. Received an email within 10 minutes from Jonathan Rincon, Service Advisor confirming the appointment after my 8:25 AM call. My wife and I drove from Cookeville to Mount Juliet on Jan 3rd and was first in line that morning at 7:00 AM. We went in the waiting area and 30 minutes later Mr. Rincon came in and told me he had bad news. The part for the recall was not in stock at Two Rivers Ford and said they hated it, but there was nothing they could do and other customers had gotten the part first. Waited almost four weeks and there was no contact that the part was in. I called East Tennessee Ford on Jan 25 to see if they would do the recall work. East Tennessee Ford said yes and the parts would be delivered by Jan 29. First morning appointment was on Wednesday Jan 31. I arrived at my scheduled appointment time and a little over an hour later the recall service was completed with excellent service. Two Rivers Ford Service Department made no effort to obtain the part to satisfy the recall notice for my truck. It is obvious to me Two Rivers Ford Service Department does not value me and my wife as customers.

Don't get your vehicle repaired here unless you'd like to be without your car for a week. Two simple repairs, heated seat and a light. Absolutely ridiculous! Update: After a week we just decided to pick up the truck. They never fixed the driver heated seat and it's loose, the part for the light was ordered and coming in from CA but couldn't tell me when, they left dirt from their shoes in the truck, cigarette butt in the truck (we don't smoke), all of the light wires just left hanging, fuse box cover missing and some how they managed to disable the cruise control. The service guy, chuck, hung up on my husband when we said we wanted to pick up the truck. This has been the worst customer service we've experienced in quite some time and the truck is in worse condition than when we dropped it off.

This review is about Two Rivers Ford mobile service. Do not be afraid to use this mobile service provider as an alternative to taking your car to the shop. Ron is fastidious about performing all the same services you receive in a shop, and he does these in your driveway as you do your own business at home. No long trip to the dealership.

This 5-star review is for our salesman, Carl Dassinger. In April of 2023, we reached out to Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, for a quote on a special order F-350. Carl reached out to us immediately and within 30 minutes, we had placed the smoothest and easiest special order we have ever done for ANYTHING. And while every other dealer wanted MSRP (or above) for a special order, Two Rivers had a very fair price of 1% over invoice. To our amazement, our special order truck was built just six weeks later and we took delivery on June 1st. Again, this time during the delivery process, Carl could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. Truly outstanding customer service all around. If you are looking to place a special order on a Ford, you could not do better than do do it through Carl Dassinger at Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Thank you Carl!

Run -don't walk -out of this place. Unethical sales practices- trying to take advantage of a young, first time car buyer. Sales manager, Jay, told me that one reason that Ford had a recall on seat belts for the new Broncos was because Ford was not comfortable with shorter drivers being safe........... he thought he was talking to my daughter, but it was mom handling the situation at hand, and when asked how in the heck would Ford even know she was short, Jay figured out it was mom on the phone, and got off promptly. Not sure what their game plan was; had another buyer for the Bronco my daughter ordered ?? or wanted to upsell her on another Bronco not in this so-called "recall" ?? Although we were shown a "letter" from Ford stating the recall, they were unable to produce the list of VIN numbers for us to see if her Bronco was truly on that list. Never in my life have I felt such a sketchiness in a dealership, even after years of purchasing as a single female. Terrible experience but lessons learned for my daughter.

I would like to explain my experience with Two Rivers Ford, specifically with the Service Department. I had an oil change yesterday. I mistakenly planned for it at 3:30p, but the actual time was 3:00p. On top of that, I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to traffic delays and weather. By far, I received the best customer service I think I've ever had. I haven't seen a business where not only is every single employee engaging, hard working, polite, etc - but they all went above and beyond. The gentleman who still let me get an oil change after showing up very late (he even remembered our conversation) was very patient, very kind, and genuinely sweet. The gentleman who provided me my paperwork after the change went above and beyond as well. He walked me through the report and even showed what he did to help outside of requirements. There was a bulge on my battery and he replaced it no question, and explained that it was under warranty. The woman who checked me out explained everything to me, explained Ford points, was very communicative and so kind. The whole building was spotless. The area to plug in my laptop while waiting was very convenient. They have made a lifelong customer, and I look forward to not only business with this dealer in the future - but will recommend it to anyone who will listen. Thank you!

Pleasure dealing with the team here from Mike Sloan in sales to Kenny in financing. No games and genuine good people.
