Five years ago, after an unpleasant experience with another Ford dealership, we made our way to Two Rivers Ford. The sales department (John Q. in particular) was spectacular. So much so, that we bought two (2!) new cars in one week. Since then, the Two Rivers Ford experience has been tarnished by the service department. Specifically, it's frustrating that we cannot make an appointment for routine (or any) service. Instead, we have to drive over (about a 45 minute drive from home) and wait for hours. Today, my wife called about getting her Ford Edge lift gate repaired (sound be a warranty fix) and was told, if we brought it today, they may be able to get to it in the next three weeks. What?! Three weeks. Regretfully, being without an automobile for three weeks is not an option. My wife is a teacher and school begins soon, so she can't give up her car for three weeks in hopes they'll be able to take a look at it. And being without a working lift gate will cause some extra stress with hauling new classroom supplies to school. Such a disappointment from what was hands-down the best Ford dealership in Middle Tennessee. This review gets two stars instead of one only because the service department rep was \\\"nice\\\" on the phone.

This 5-star review is for our salesman, Carl Dassinger. In April of 2023, we reached out to Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, for a quote on a special order F-350. Carl reached out to us immediately and within 30 minutes, we had placed the smoothest and easiest special order we have ever done for ANYTHING. And while every other dealer wanted MSRP (or above) for a special order, Two Rivers had a very fair price of 1% over invoice. To our amazement, our special order truck was built just six weeks later and we took delivery on June 1st. Again, this time during the delivery process, Carl could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. Truly outstanding customer service all around. If you are looking to place a special order on a Ford, you could not do better than do do it through Carl Dassinger at Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Thank you Carl!

Run -don't walk -out of this place. Unethical sales practices- trying to take advantage of a young, first time car buyer. Sales manager, Jay, told me that one reason that Ford had a recall on seat belts for the new Broncos was because Ford was not comfortable with shorter drivers being safe........... he thought he was talking to my daughter, but it was mom handling the situation at hand, and when asked how in the heck would Ford even know she was short, Jay figured out it was mom on the phone, and got off promptly. Not sure what their game plan was; had another buyer for the Bronco my daughter ordered ?? or wanted to upsell her on another Bronco not in this so-called "recall" ?? Although we were shown a "letter" from Ford stating the recall, they were unable to produce the list of VIN numbers for us to see if her Bronco was truly on that list. Never in my life have I felt such a sketchiness in a dealership, even after years of purchasing as a single female. Terrible experience but lessons learned for my daughter.

I live two ours away and had the best experience buying my new truck. Carl was awesome and went over and beyond to make this the easiest and most pleasant purchase ever. This is a beautiful dealership that takes pride in its customer service start to finish.

Two Rivers Ford customer service doesn't live up to FORD's customer service guarantees or warranty service! I recently took my 2022 F-150 Platinum truck to them for reoccurring Battery Management System faults, and three other computer module-related issues. Then there was a recall for the windshield wiper motors. They had a 3 week backlog for work orders and no rental vehicles available. My 8yr/125K ESP includes a rental car on day one. They had zero rentals available for 4 weeks and no matter when I left the vehicle with them it would be about 3 weeks AFTER I dropped off the truck before they could look at it. And no, they do not take appointments for these types of service work orders. To get service done, I have to go without a truck for 3 weeks and no rental car, or wait 4 weeks for a rental car and then wait another 3 weeks on top of that to have them look at my truck. I left the truck and waited 3 weeks to get it back. They reset the BMS (already reset 3 times before that with no success) and they could not duplicate two other faults. And the recall parts are unavailable until 3Q of 2023. I spoke with their Service Mgr and he basically said too bad, no rentals are available and they don't use any car rental company either. He was pissed that I told him that Ford's Dealership survey will reflect their poor customer service and not honoring a $5,000 ESP warranty terms. He then indicated that with a poor rating they are done with me. I will never go back to this dealership!

Excellent service. August explained my issue thoroughly and set the proper expectations for what was needed and how long I could expect it to take. More importantly, my issue was 100% resolved with my Ford Escape. I will continue to use this service center for all my Ford maintenance and service.

I would like to explain my experience with Two Rivers Ford, specifically with the Service Department. I had an oil change yesterday. I mistakenly planned for it at 3:30p, but the actual time was 3:00p. On top of that, I had to reschedule my initial appointment due to traffic delays and weather. By far, I received the best customer service I think I've ever had. I haven't seen a business where not only is every single employee engaging, hard working, polite, etc - but they all went above and beyond. The gentleman who still let me get an oil change after showing up very late (he even remembered our conversation) was very patient, very kind, and genuinely sweet. The gentleman who provided me my paperwork after the change went above and beyond as well. He walked me through the report and even showed what he did to help outside of requirements. There was a bulge on my battery and he replaced it no question, and explained that it was under warranty. The woman who checked me out explained everything to me, explained Ford points, was very communicative and so kind. The whole building was spotless. The area to plug in my laptop while waiting was very convenient. They have made a lifelong customer, and I look forward to not only business with this dealer in the future - but will recommend it to anyone who will listen. Thank you!

Pleasure dealing with the team here from Mike Sloan in sales to Kenny in financing. No games and genuine good people.

Easily the best car buying experience I have ever had. The sales team was not pushy, and the pricing is exactly what you see online. Service has always been pleasant to work with as well. Would recommend to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle or who needs service.

I love Two Rivers Ford! Salesman Gary McCray has become a friend of mine through 7 purchases over the- past 5 years. They treat you like royalty. No time wasted. No bs. Best deal. First time.
