This review is about Two Rivers Ford mobile service. Do not be afraid to use this mobile service provider as an alternative to taking your car to the shop. Ron is fastidious about performing all the same services you receive in a shop, and he does these in your driveway as you do your own business at home. No long trip to the dealership.

There comes a time when the current generation takes over and the great things about the previous generations fade away. Well this week that happened to me with Two Rivers Ford, my family has been buying Fords from Two Rivers Ford for 40 years, heck my dad used to play golf with John Barker Sr. and gave discounts on gas to Two Rivers new customers on their initial fill up at our Phillips 66 in Donelson. As of this week I will never do business with Two Rivers Ford again, and I really hate that I will never get a chance to work with Abe Kahn again, but the younger generation has taken over and they could care less about loyalty, especially Jay Syling - General Manager. You see I had ordered a F150 Tremor through Two Rivers that my company was supposed to pay for, well do some unforeseen conditions they will not be able to buy it till early next year. I went in and tried to negotiate a way to get the payment to something I could cover till my company bought the vehicle. Well, in the days of John Barker Sr. I would of been able to do just that. With the current management that's never going to happen, which is really sad. If you total the purchases from my direct family, my companies, and those I have referred to Two Rivers Ford over the past 10 years it is well over a million dollars in sales for Two Rivers Ford. You would have thought that would bought a little help in working a deal to get me in the truck I ordered and waited 4 months for. So my advice is you have options on where to spend you hard earned money, please question the commitment of this establishment to appreciate you and your business. What really makes it sad is that me and my son were in a commercial for your 40 year anniversary the day my son bought the Red GT Fastback off the showroom floor. Oh, and I will spare you the details of the poor customer service by the service department, but I will say that Town & Country Ford did what Two Rivers Ford said they couldn't for my wife's 2022 Edge ST. Man I miss the days of the old Two Rivers Ford.

I live in Michigan and took the drive down (over 8 hours) to trade in my vehicle and make a purchase. Joe was awesome. We did most of the deal via texts, a few phone calls, and then met to seal the deal. I’d definitely make the drive again for good service.

Two Rivers Ford is an awesome place to buy a vehicle. The buying experience was great from ordering our new Bronco, the periodic updates, and ultimately the delivery. All aspects of the buying experience were perfect. Carl Dassinger is the G.O.A.T. , Sales Specialist! He offered great advice throughout the whole experience and knew everything about our new Bronco. Would recommend Carl and Two Rivers to anyone that is buying a new car or truck! Thank you Carl!

Throughout our 47 years of purchasing vehicles our Bronco purchase at Two Rivers was by far the most pleasant vehicle buying experience we’ve ever had. Our sales representative Tim Stampley took time to show, explain and go into detail about the Bronco we were interested in. Thanks to him for his kindness and patience. For us older folks that means a lot since we’re not used to a screen and all the settings on the newer vehicles. He went above and beyond and was a pleasure to work with on our Bronco purchase. Kenny Fitzpatrick was great at explaining warranty options and getting all our paperwork done in a short time.

Purchased a new Bronco here for MSRP with a fair deal on my trade. Everyone who works here is so kind! Matt was my salesman. I did not feel rushed or pushed by any of the wonderful folks here. We managed to get the majority of my paperwork done before I came to pick the car up except for signing and swapping my plates. My brother was down from NY when I picked up my vehicle and even he said he didn't understand how everyone was so nice to us the entire time. I live downtown, but I will be making the drive back out here if I need to!

Carl Dassinger and the Two Rivers Ford staff provided us with excellent customer service. Every dealership is glad to sell you a new vehicle, but not so quick to respond when you have an issue. Carl and the Service Department Team (Chris Murrian and Chris Taylor) went above and beyond to get our new Bronco repaired. Carl even called us on his day off to give us an update - that’s exemplary customer service. We have bought numerous Ford and Lincoln vehicles from another local dealer over the years. This was our first vehicle purchase from Two Rivers and they treated us like we were life long customers. We will definitely continue to do business with Two Rivers because of their awesome customer service.

This 5-star review is for our salesman, Carl Dassinger. In April of 2023, we reached out to Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee, for a quote on a special order F-350. Carl reached out to us immediately and within 30 minutes, we had placed the smoothest and easiest special order we have ever done for ANYTHING. And while every other dealer wanted MSRP (or above) for a special order, Two Rivers had a very fair price of 1% over invoice. To our amazement, our special order truck was built just six weeks later and we took delivery on June 1st. Again, this time during the delivery process, Carl could not have been more knowledgeable or helpful. Truly outstanding customer service all around. If you are looking to place a special order on a Ford, you could not do better than do do it through Carl Dassinger at Two Rivers Ford in Mt. Juliet, Tennessee. Thank you Carl!

In a world where we felt customer service was dead, we found it alive and well at Two Rivers Ford! Our sales representative Tim Stampley went above and beyond our expectations. We also received exemplary support from the service manager Jay when we encountered an issue with our “almost new” F-150. Also, a big shout out to the detail wizard who made our truck look like brand new and the service technician who stayed late to diagnose our issue. Tim took the time to listen and explain everything. He made our truck buying experience an enjoyable process. Don’t hesitate to trust Two Rivers Ford for all your purchasing and service needs.

First time dealing with Two Rivers on a recent Bronco order/purchase. I placed my order from out of state. Matthew Barker and the gang were GREAT. Transparent, HONEST, and didn't try to pressure me on anything. Easily the most simple and easy car buying experience I ever had. I flew in, they picked me up at the airport, did paperwork, answered any questions I could think of about the vehicle and I hit the road. Refreshing experience, any Ford I buy will come from Two Rivers, they earned a customer for life

Run -don't walk -out of this place. Unethical sales practices- trying to take advantage of a young, first time car buyer. Sales manager, Jay, told me that one reason that Ford had a recall on seat belts for the new Broncos was because Ford was not comfortable with shorter drivers being safe........... he thought he was talking to my daughter, but it was mom handling the situation at hand, and when asked how in the heck would Ford even know she was short, Jay figured out it was mom on the phone, and got off promptly. Not sure what their game plan was; had another buyer for the Bronco my daughter ordered ?? or wanted to upsell her on another Bronco not in this so-called "recall" ?? Although we were shown a "letter" from Ford stating the recall, they were unable to produce the list of VIN numbers for us to see if her Bronco was truly on that list. Never in my life have I felt such a sketchiness in a dealership, even after years of purchasing as a single female. Terrible experience but lessons learned for my daughter.

After about a year and a half of searching for a Maverick, one came available at Two Rivers and they were kind enough to hold it till the next morning so I could take a look(had to drive up from Huntsville). Got a decent number on my trade and they didn't add any dealer nonsense to the price of the Maverick. A good experience, Tim Stampley and Kenny Fitzpatrick were great to work with and got me out the door in record time.
