The location was fine. The UHaul App is terrible! It takes over 40 minutes to check out and then almost 30 minutes to return a vehicle. Save yourself time and frustration and just use a real person to rent the truck.

I rented a u haul trailer online and my pickup was suggs marketplace on central pike in my Juliet Tennessee. When I went to pick up the trailer the lady made the process extremely easy. Everything was done electronically and the man helped me hook it up. Highly recommend.

They were great we were able to pick up a truck to get our new furniture after another rental place screwed us over.
