The man was hard to understand, but was pretty rude to me. I asked if I could rent a Uhaul, he said I had to do it online and refused to accept a payment in person, even though I had my card on me and didn't have a problem accepting payment from others.My phone didn't have good reception and I wasn't able to use the internet. I informed him of this and said he could take a payment in person.I went outside for a few minutes to pump gas. I returned and asked him how much the total would be. I gave him my card and he told me to do it online. I told him again that my phone doesn't have good reception and I wasn't able to do it online, i wasnt able to use the internet hardly at all. He told me "call your brother, have him fill it out online, and once he's done that come back."I just walked out. I've never been to a Uhaul where they refused me service because I didn't make the payments online.

I rented a u haul trailer online and my pickup was suggs marketplace on central pike in my Juliet Tennessee. When I went to pick up the trailer the lady made the process extremely easy. Everything was done electronically and the man helped me hook it up. Highly recommend.

My 6'x12' pickup was so bad I cancelled the rental and rented later from a reputable uhaul outlet. They couldn't find our reservation until we showed them, wouldn't help with the hook up or ball size and as we left he called us a couple of idiots. Rebooked at uhail in Madison Tn by Rivergate with a drop off in Alexandra Tn. Both locations were 5 Star. This dealer should be stripped by uhaul of it's rental location.

This guy asked me if I wanted insurance to which I declined. I have comprehensive auto insurance at the moment and told him no. I come to return the car and they bill me with the insurance.‘Where’s the guy that attended to me?’The older lady there says ‘I don’t know him!’Watch your backs out there folks…!

Horrible drop off experience. Dropped off with zero help and when I told the man he yelled at me about the 10 other trailers in the lot. He made me pick up my own trailer and push it to a different spot. There is literally zero signage or directions

The customer service is very friendly in the morning. Afternoon customer service involved a man and a woman that were not friendly at all and did not speak good English. The trailer was not inspected and hooked up like it should be at a regular uhaul location. The trailer door was also incredibly difficult to open and shut. Try and find a different uhaul for your moving needs.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCEHusband rented a small enclosed trailer ( PICTURE BELOW) and had to LIFT the trailer from the ground up to his Truck hitch with no assistance, ALL other UHAULS have them lifted up on jack stands but not this CHEAP Business. Husband ended up with a HERNIA from the strain of lifting this 2000 pound Trailer. NEVER EVER AGAIN WILL WE USES THIS PLACE. Would have left A ZERO Star if it would have let me.

Great owners and location.This is a self service location, but they assist you, in this area.Very friendly, and helpful.I've used this location for Uhaul truck and equipment returns on more than 4 times, and will definitely recommend this location.Thank you, David
