I needed architectural plans printed for my job. I stopped in to ask to get them printed. The gentleman took my information and made sure to receive the email with the plans. They told me it would be the next day and to give them until 2pm since it was Sunday and they did not open until noon. My wife called at 12pm to ensure it had not been lost in the day to day shuffle and called again at 2pm to check in. At 2pm they said 10-15 minutes and they would have the plans ready. We went to eat for approximately two hours, and when I stopped in to pick up my plans, they had not been printed. I was told “the paper was being loaded as we speak. It’ll be about fifteen minutes.” I went to Staples, and they were actually printed in less than 15 minutes with no notice and gave me a discount. I will never go to this store again.

The staff has always been pleasant and helpful. I go there often for Amazon returns and their service has been consistently good.

I drive 30 min to get to a shop that indicates IS OPEN at the time I arrive to see a handwritten note saying “will return at 2:45”. Multiple workers can be seen behind the counter one even takes the moment to open the door and tell someone they can’t come in. Great customer service for UPS. Keep up the subpage work!

First time using this UPS store. I have to say it was awesome service. The establishment was busy near close of day. I walked into the store, and was assisted quickly. They were able to use the QR code to get my package shipped out. I appreciate the associate for helping me tape up one end of the box that I realized needed some help. Will certainly go back to this location for future needs. Thank you!

No one ever contacted me back about notary services and then when I in today they said the notary stops at 3pm, and hour before closing. Called another location, they do it up until closing. Been coming to this store for years and the customer service and time change keep getting worse.

Tall guy with dreds was so rude it was unreal. He has been on several occasions, not just this one and with other members of my family. It’s always like that in this store. RUDE!!!!!!!!!!!

Long line. Dead atmosphere. I sent a piece of mail in a bubble mailer and it was $12 to ship it 50 miles. 😡 I should had stuck with USPS or PirateShip as it would had been a fraction of that price. Never going to ship with UPS!
