The Mt juliet UPS 6148 store has staff like no other! They make you feel like family. Felicia was especially helpful to me as a new business owner. Navigating the trials of entrepreneurship can be daunting. However, she made shipping my products to my customers effortless and seemless.

This store has a line of no less than 5 people every time I go in there. They really need to hire more people at this location!

Do not have packages shipped here. It will say when ordering something that you can ship to a nearby UPS location but when you come to pick your package up, they want to charge you $5 to take it.When I asked, they said that they are a franchise and that's just what they do. I can't imagine in what world it makes sense to have it as an option when shipping, paying UPS for the shipping, then pay an additional $5 just because this store feels like charging you extra money.

The older gentleman with the grey hair was insanely rude to customers when walking in right before they closed. No apology or kind tone stating they were closing, but a short and rude "closed." Absolutely terrible customer service from this gentleman and so impatient. When I was dropping off my package my return link was taking a bit to pull up on my phone, so he straight up walked away and starting pulling gates shut. I had to find another employee to finish helping me so I could get the hell out of there. I was made to feel so uncomfortable. I would have been upset as a store manager seeing the way this man treated customers. No reason to be hostile. People are more understanding when you're polite.

I walked into the store pregnant with three children six and under to a line of about 10 people. This is a small space for a long line. My box I was shipping was heavy and huge so I had it on the ground. My three children were quiet and courteous the entire time we were in line. With the store being so crowded, I observed a couple of people in line in front of me bump into one of their industrial sized printers and even knock something to the ground. Nothing was said, obviously. And then, we I got up there, my six year old son went to stand by me and slightly bumped what someone else has knocked over. As I was picking it up, the only woman working behind the counter yelled "sir, I need you to NOT touch that!" Then the line moved up and as we stepped forward,my son tripped over his own feet and slightly touched the printer again. She yelled "that is it! Move away from the printer, sir, or you will be working here the rest of your life to pay that off!" I said "It was an accident; he took a misstep" and she said "I need him away!" My poor kid was so embarrassed, especially after have been complimented by other customers on how well my kids were behaving. she didn't yell at anyone else in the store but yelled so that everyone stopped and stared at us. Another patron told me that she doesn't understand why the printer is where it is because people always bump into it. Getting into the car, with tears in his eyes, my son said "i'm sorry I was bad in there" we will never be back.

The person working was unprofessional, unpleasant and unhelpful! He seemed agitated that we were doing returns stuffing the items in a bag and then threw it across the office! Definitely needs some customer service training or possibly find another profession!

These guys are always in such a good mood, even with a line out the door they always have a smile on their faces and are so polite!

Expect to spend 15-20 min to do a return. Staff do not assist and busy doing other things while the line is out the door!

Came to the store on sunday at 4:18 pm. The worker told me they were closed even though it says 5 pm on the sign and Google. Absolutely ridiculous. Won't be doing business here anymore

They don't open if there's weather. They're in a major shopping center and they were closed two days before christmas. That's bad form. You guys ought to invest in at least one employee who can get to work

Don't ship anything from the UPS store. I sent something from the Providence store in Mt Juliet Tn to Denver Co cause it would not fit in my suitcase as I flew out to visit my son for Thanksgiving. Package never arrived. I'm out $100 for cost of item I sent and $56.99 for cost of shipment. Filed a claim and I'm waiting. Other items I purchased online were delivered without issue. Missed an opportunity to give my son something precious while I was visiting.

This is the worst location it is always busy no matter what time you go with few employees to accommodate. I drive to Hermitage or Antioch instead of waiting in long lines they always have the right amount of staff helping customers.
