The staff at this location are friendly and polite. Trish and Ben are especially helpful and great to work with on a daily basis dropping package off. USPS itself isn't perfect, but its exceedingly rare for there to be an issue at this location that is actually their fault, and on that rare occasion, they do everything in their power to get the issue fixed. A few months ago, a package being returned to me was miss-sorted and delivered to the Postal Annex in Mount Juliet rather than the UPS Store. Ben was able to reach out to the carrier, confirm the packages location and the carrier was able to retrieve it and re-deliver.
Most of the complaints listed on Google and other review sites are complaints folks have with service and issues that are outside the control of this immediate location. Issues with delivery outside the Mount Juliet area, trouble with the 1-800 number, etc. Take all those false reviews with a huge grain of salt. The folks at this location are outstanding, even when faced with the toughest of customers, and I've witnessed more than a few folks being irrational and overly difficult over the simplest of issues. Kudos to the employees at this location for doing a great job in a difficult environment, and doing it with a smile!

They gave away one of my packages with a priceless item to some wrong person. Tracking was updated to say it was picked up, but that wasn't me. Then the automated phone system had me go in circles before I could get in the queue with an agent. Horrible, horrible experience, and I'm out of a lot of money and memories because of them.

Tricia is always so friendly and helpful. If there is a line, it always moves quickly. If Tricia is working, I always hope to get her when it's my turn. Very clean and always have supplies available I might need.

I have been to the Mt Juliet post office many times since moving to Mt Juliet last year, and the staff here have always been friendly and helpful.

I had a package that was going to a post office box so I had to use USPS. What a horrible experience! I hand delivered my package that had to be there Monday and I'll get a notice within 20 minutes that's something was incorrect with my return address and they wanted $0.18 to get the package moving further. So I enter my credit card information and that doesn't work either. Huge problem for me. This is unacceptable. USPS should just dissolve and let private industry take over. They're just so problematic. Obviously now my package is not going to get there Monday by the deadline. I highly recommend you do not use USPS for anything important. They usually fail to deliver about 2 mortgage statements and other monthly bills a year. So you can tell just routine stuff is lost routinely or they throw it away.

Mt. Juliet post office is second to none. Their friendly counter service and the consistency of their deliveries deserves a special thank you. And for those who complain about the mail, you can deliver your own mail. USPS. A quality service with quality employees for a very fair price...If you notice on the :QUALITY: 1943 advertisement, it only has a 2 digit zip code..I always use the United States Post Office for all my shipping needs...

This is a large town. You’ve got to get more help and quit leaving the counter for several minutes at a time to go to the back and leaving a long line of customers standing up front. The workers are polite and I appreciate that, but it takes way too long to get in and out.

Every time I order something that has to be delivered it's either not delivered on time or I never receive it....the carrier never comes to the door for signature needed packages but leaves notes like they attempted. I have on had this issues since moving to 37122 area

For some reason I cant get my packages delivered. Only because supposedly the address is Vacant , even though I clearly live there. It has happened 3-5 times already within the past week. I'm not happy at all

What a precious man behind the counter! Made the process smooth and efficient despite some issues with other customers.
