Mu’min helped us to establish family sharing for our phones, screen time passcode, and renaming our home internet. Previously, Haresh helped us with setting up a new phone line, and getting the best plan and bundle for our family. They were both super friendly and helpful.

Going to a store to buy a new phone is always something I put off. But at the last second I saw a smaller store in Mt Juliet TN and decided to stop and ask a few questions. My sales person was Jacob Pearlman. He was very quick at answering my questions and getting me the phone that I wanted at a price I could afford. I would recommend anyone putting off buying a new phone to check this store out and ask for Jacob. It was painless. Thanks Jacob for all your help !

My son shattered his screen and it wasn’t usable so went to upgrade and did get a new phone but the store wasn’t willing to help with the transfer even though I showed them the screen on the old phone wasn’t usable. Had to go to the Apple Store help.

SO FRUSTRATED!! I would usually say I love Verizon but this last experience makes me want to not renew with them and I have been with them for over 10 years. My son and I turned in our old phones on August 8, 2022. Tim Stallings was our sales person. He was very nice during this transaction. Took time with us and packaged our new phones to be shipped off so we could receive our credit of $800 per phone. However, that still has not happened. Please note, it has been over a year. We moved to GA, went to the Verizon by our house and he said he could not help. Only the person from the original store can help us. On April 12, 2023, I called the number I was given, left a VM stating who I was, what I needed and my return number. No call back. I called again and left another message on April 20, 2023. Again, no call. Called the store direct on August 3, 2023, spoke with Cameron. Asked to speak with Tim but he wasn't at that location that day. Told him the situation and verified the phone number I had left the messages on was indeed Tim's cell phone. He took down my contact info, said he would pass it to Tim and his manager. Did not receive a call back. Did a follow up to the store on August 17, 2023, spoke to Cameron again. He said he would f/u with Tim and his manager and I still have not currently spoken with anyone. I guess Verizon is in the habit of making promises and not keeping them in addition to "stealing" money from their clients. Stealing in the sense that we were told $800 per phone would be rebated to us and still hasn't. Shame on you Verizon.

I will forever go to this store instead of the one in Providence. They were so helpful. I purchased an iPad mini online bc I didn’t want to buy one from providence and just got stuck on setting it up. Went to this store and they could not have been nicer helping me set it up! If you need anything go in here and ask for Phil he’ll defiantly help you and get you what you need.

Cameron was the one who helped me and my husband update our phones. He is superb at customer service. He answered all our questions and got us both up and running. Not only is he very good at what he does, he is very friendly and caring. You have an excellent employee in Cameron!

Don’t fall for their shady sales pitch on trade in value. They told me $1K on trade in if the phone isn’t cracked and powers up. They only gave me $600. It’s a total bait and switch. Don’t lie to your customers just be up front and honest.

Jacob Pearlman was amazing! He really helped me with my new phone and made sure me and my family got the best deal/promo. He was also very patient with me having to call my family as they weren’t here to decide on a phone. He’s amazing go to him :)

Preston Opperman helped me today. I was very happy to have an awesome experience with updating, changing phones, my situation would be frustrating to anyone, Preston was patient, professional and more than helpful. If everyone was like Preston people would be thrilled to go to verizon.
