wife and I came in for information and left with two new phones and joined Verizon. Byron was extremely helpful, kind and patient! could not be happier with the service and product. highly recommend!

Very shady company. I have repeatedly had issues with this locarion giving incorrect quotes and then refusing to correct it. Purchased a tablet for my daughter for Christmas on promotion so that the cost of the tablet would be free. Rep apparently gave me the wrong tablet so this one WAS NOT on promotion. I didn't find out until.i got my first bill and Verizon refused to honor or correct their mistake. I do not recommend Verizon and I ESPECIALLY don't recommend coming to this location for anything. You will absolutely be lied to and ripped off

I went to Verizon today to get my data transferred from an old Samsung phone to a newer phone. The associate that was helping me left me and went to help someone else and never came back to help me. I had to disconnect the cable from the phone myself when it was 100% complete. Poor customer service

Awful customer service…. Spent $65 dollars on a phone screen protector, I used my phone for 2 days and the protector wont work such as touching the screen, I went in and asked for replacement and got laughed at and now if I want a replacement ZAGG screen protector I have to go though there online portal, the screen protector is free but shipping is $25 plus dollar for 2-3 day shipping… so basically $100 dollars screen protector that’s sucks…ZAGG SUCKS… DO NOT BUY ZAGG…

I purchased two Gizmo watches for my children last year. I have paid more than 3x what I was told I would be billed. I purchased the devices outright and have still been billed for them monthly. I was unable to access my account for months due to a technical issue and despite several support calls. I have returned multiple times and the issues are still not resolved. I regret Verizon completely. I wish I would have chosen a different device and service to communicate with my children.

Ryan was awesome! He was so patient with my one million questions and I truly felt like I was taken care of. Good customer service is hard to come by these days. I appreciate him helping me make a well educated decision to switch from T-Mobile to Verizon.Thanks, Ryan!!

edit: Matt, customer service agent #3, 4 months after the original problem, and 5-6 of my working hours spent on this issue, has resolved the issue in a timely manner. Talk to no one but Matt in customer service.SO SICK OF VERIZON. The store is garbage, offered me a free phone, then a month later was charged $1000. Went into the store; the manager blamed me.Called Verizon directly; they handled the issue in 5 minutes. Will never go back to the store.However, every single month since (3 months in a row now) I've had issues with my billing and had to circle around an hour of frustration with the support channel. No longer can you just call customer service and talk to a human. You are made to dance like cheap entertainment for half an hour before speaking with someone who promises one thing, then bills you another. Wash, rinse, repeat, once a month, presumably for the rest of your life.You're better off to use a rock and chisel as a service provider.

OK let’s talk about my experience with Verizon. I came in about a month ago to sign up for new services. Based on what I read and what benefits they used to give the job the sales guy say yes you still get those benefits. I said OK great then signed me up and add my benefits at the end of signed me up. He stated oh you just have to follow the prompts so I leave go home. Follow the prompts only to find out they don’t give those benefits anymore, so then I stated OK I fall under another category so I call customer service to inform them how the sales man made a sale off of a discount that you guys no longer take the service center 611 whatever the number is acted like he didn’t understand why I was calling in OK fine so I stop by the store a couple weeks later to say hey I fall under another category and was informed to go by the store, and then was told by another sales person in Verizon that you have to go through the online app it’s a lot of back-and-forth with Verizon that I’m not liking. This is not good for them.
