When I took my dog in, I expressed how I’ve never taken him to the vet for anything besides routine care and they sat with me & answered all my questions and walked me through pretty much everything.
When Jack had to go in for surgery, they were communicative before, after and even during the procedure. I felt confident dropping him off and caring for him after. I could also tell he was comfortable there which made me feel better. Also they really do live up to the name…it was indeed very affordable for us & they walked us through every line of our bill!
This was the first vet we found since moving to Tennessee, and it’s nice to know he is well-taken care of & that we made the right choice!

“me and my fiance brought our cat in without an appointment 15 minutes before close. turns out he had an extremely high fever and needed a lot of tests and to be hospitalized. when we explained what was wrong they immediately stopped packing their stuff and took him in to take care of him. they explained to us affordable options and gave us antibiotics for him. they were amazing and didn’t rush us out. thank you banfield for staying later for us and helping us through this difficult time. our cat is doing so much better this morning and his medicine is helping a lot.”
