Used the drive through. I watched the customer in front of me and it looked like she was upset with the lady at the window. When it was my turn I understand why. That person was very rude, left the window after getting paid without giving me my meds and wouldn't return. She wins the POS award for the year.

Need to work on pharmacy flow. There should be a way to differentiate between customers needing COVID swabs, vaccines or prescriptions.
