I have tried 3 times to remove my Albuterol from auto refill with no success. I have asked twice at the Walgreens on sam ridley Pkwy Smyrna tenn. was told both times it was removed and still it's refilled. I just got my Albuterol a few days ago and now they have refilled it again. It's an emergency inhaler I do not understand how u would know when to refill it without me requesting it. They au to o refill your prescriptions way too soon and it causes major problems with your refills. Also tired of my insurance sending me letters asking about it like I'm the one trying to get meds when I'm not due them yet. I'm fixing to switch from Walgreens.

Terrible, terrible customer service in the pharmacy nearly every time I go. Today is my last. Switching to any other pharmacy in town. Sometimes I'm on hold on the phone for 20+ minutes before I finally give up and hang up. This afternoon I've been in the drive through line for 45 min and only 3 cars have been helpedLeaving and getting my prescriptions transferred this afternoon despite the hassle to do so! It'll be worth it!

Should give it a minus star, takes 24 hours or more to fill a prescription, needed antibotics for infection that was called in around 1000AM, went by at 4PM and they said they had not recieved it, called the doctor and the sent it again, but said it was sent and recieved at 10:30. Went back just before closeing at 7:00PM and they were "working on it" waited about 30 minutes and when I got the medicine it said "recieved 11:30." Took them 8 hours to fill prescription and no one seemed to care, matter of fact the first time I went by I was told we are backd up filling prescriptions for kids with infections and it will be a while to get to mine. They have permantley closed one drive through lane to incovinence the public. They close early sometimes because the dont' have enough help. Will never go back.

Inconsiderate, uncaring, selfish, rude... What else can I say? I got there 12/8/2022 at about 7:50pm to pick up Rx at the drive through. Drive through closed, OK, so go inside and stand in line watching the pharmacist close a register while I wait for the other register to finish with another customer. They finish and I step up at 8:01 and the employee says we closed at 8:00! a. I was in line well before that, so why didn't he tell me he was closing and wouldn't serve me? b. Why didn't the pharmacist check me out at the other register he closed early? Customer service is apparently a foreign concept to these people. Is this how you train your employees to act? They obviously didn't care that there were sick people trying to get needed medicine. They just wanted to leave their job and couldn't take 10 seconds to say "I'm sorry, we're closing" before I got in line, or (heaven forbid)) they stay 2 minutes longer to help a person out.The point is, if they don't care enough to be kind to their customers' face, what's going on behind the scenes when they are filling a Rx? I wouldn't trust them to fill a prescription of any kind. If you have any choice, please take your prescription somewhere else where they care about people. Look at all the negative reviews. Don't give them your business until they clean up their act.

What is the point of making a vaccination appointment, filling out the paperwork the night before and then have to wait over an hour to get the flu shot? OMG this place is slow ... at this rate old age will get me before the flu!! Avoid this crap hole and GOTO CVS in hermitage

When they do drive thru COVID testing, you have to wait 30-40 minutes, in-line!! Dumb, have the person move to a parking spot and call them with the results. Most 20 and 30 something's work there, what do u expect??!!

I understand being short staffed and backed up. But the amount of rudeness and eye rolling you get for just asking how long an rx will take is obscene. If you can't show the slightest bit of compassion to anyone, let alone a mother whose kid is puking in the back seat, please please find another job. It would be negative stars if possible.

Not enough staff and horrible customer service. Went to drop a FedEx return to ship and even though it says they can print labels they don't. The associate didn't offer any other help or suggestions. Are there seriously NO printers there?

I shouldn't even give this place a one star. The manager I spoke to on the phone about a complaint I had due to my photo pick up being not done when I got a confirmation saying so.. was very rude with me. Instead of apologizing, she wanted to just argue with me. I just didn't understand I was just wanting to inform her about the issue. Very rude management...

12:30 on a Sunday afternoon. Stood in line for 25 frickin’ minutes while ONE elderly lady was working ONE register. 8 people in front of me. 7 behind me. When I was finally close to the front I asked her if she had anyone that can come help her. She had called for help THREE times and not one time did any employee or manager come up to the front. I have always had trouble with getting pictures from this location. There is never anyone to help you. Today I needed a passport photo and stood directly in front of the person behind the desk. She never said hello or even acknowledge me for several minutes. When she did it was a severe inconvenience to her for me to have to get a picture taken. She kept looking around as if to find someone else to do it. She pulled down the screen and got a camera but did not give me direction as to what to do. Now, I'm not d**** but she was standing directly in front of the screen her self. To top it off her name tag said that she was an assistant manager, Heather. Horrible customer service.

They always do a great job printing out my pictures whether it be ordered in store or online. Everyone is nice and friendly here

I have to agree with others' reviews. The pharmacist was very rude when asked a simple question, then the manager actually said, "doctors say you can get that over the counter here but most doctors have never even been to a Walgreens." I was appalled at how unprofessional they were. I found the supplement I was looking for at Walmart instead--and that's saying something.
