Walgreens is a well-stocked pharmacy and retail store that offers a wide range of products, including favorite Russell Stovers chocolate covered strawberry marshmallow cream candy. The store staff generally provide good customer service, with the Labcorp location staff working together effectively to assist patients. However, one customer encountered a frustrating experience with a store employee who argued with the customer about the spelling and pronunciation of their last name, despite the customer clearly providing the correct information. This behavior is unacceptable and not associated with good customer service. Overall, Walgreens offers a decent shopping experience, but the company may need to address the issue of some employees' poor customer service skills.
I was fairly disappointed with the photo printing, it apparently went down and they couldn't print my photo and the quality just isn't that good for anyone that cares about their print quality.

The worst pharmacy of all time. Won’t pick up the phone, won’t notify you when your prescription is ready, and certainly won’t be polite or kind when you interact with them in the drive through.
