Just terrible service. Staff person made it clear she was doing me a favor just accepting my ups package. Why on earth does ups not have a decent pickup spot in the county? Gotta drive all the way to Abingdon, VA. Nice friendly, efficient folks up there.

Drove twenty minutes to Mountain City to return an Amazon package and the UPS station was closed already at 2:15pm. On the website it says they are open until 5pm. Now I have to drive to Boone. Very disappointed!
