“Took my car in on a recommendation from a friend who has been going there for years. They always tell her the most sensible repairs. My car was suddenly stalling, they said to bring it in whenever and they'll have a look. I had a knock sensor and check engine light on. I had the part for them to install and they recommended I take it back to the dealership as it's been a common problem with the Kia Optimas and they're honoring warranties further out than they normally would. He checked it out, let me know they could install the sensor but likely the sensor was working. Even added some oil free of charge. I took it back to the dealership and they were 100% right, had to get the engine rebuilt under warranty, gave me a rental for free. I appreciate Crosstown Auto Repair for not only being honest and not wanting to charge me for something that may not work, but also being knowledgeable with cars, warranties and best steps. Will definitely return with any other car repairs. Wouldn't even accept a tip for his time and oil they added. Their quick and friendly service is top notch.”

He is very hands on and very honest. He kept me updated thoroughly through out the whole process and personally checked my vehicle before it ever left the shop. Brian does stay very busy but he is also very on top of things. When I picked my car up Billy, who I believe is a tech there, checked me out and was such a pleasure to talk to. This not a shop just trying to make money off putting in a new transmissions, they are honest and very reasonably priced. Highly recommend these guys!”

“Had an emergency need late Friday and Marlin graciously help diagnose the problem while provided wisdom and guidance of what needed to be replaced. He stopped what he was doing and took my car on a test drive to troubleshoot. Offered his opinion which confirmed the issue and told me what needed to be replaced first. He told me the most important area to fix first then helped me locate the parts to fix it myself.”

“There are absolutely no words to express how great the team is at this shop! I was passing through on my way to Vegas from Sevierville and lost my transmission. I was able to locate one at a Ford dealer but their shop schedule was full so they didn’t have time until next week to perform the install.Ford recommended Millington Transmissions for the install. I gave them a call and the owner was more than accommodating to the extent that he was willing to stay late to ensure the job got completed the same day. This was a BIG JOB with an 11.5hr install time and I wasn’t able to get the replacement transmission to them until 3pm! Thank you Byrd for making this happen, service like this is rare to find these days.
