“It was Pricey getting my 2019 Suburban's Transmission remanufactured but the Manager Mr. Wade made my process much easier. He was understanding and they did not charge me to diagnose my vehicle, which my dealership Imediately did when I took it to them first.. The price I was charged was considerably better than what the Dealership wanted to charge. The dealership even suggested I should trade my truck in to them and get a new vehicle from them.. overall my experience with Coleman Taylor was 5 star they were done in a week and gave me a 3 yr warranty. Transmission work is going to be expensive where ever you go, but where you go can nake the difference in how expensive and whether you get a good job done. Coleman Taylor new how to fix my truck and did! Mr Wade is a stand up Christian Guy that treated My wife and I with the utmost respect!

“I live outside Atlanta and was visiting my sister near Memphis. I discovered a radiator leak and called Birch. The owner, John Brandon, was extremely polite and got me in right away. All the employees I met were knowledgeable and friendly. I was able to use a loaner car and continue my visit while they took care of everything that same day. They thoroughly explained the problem and the necessary repairs/replacements needed. I highly recommend this business!”

“I sent my truck to them because another mechanic said my torque converter was bad. They did a complete diagnostic and found that my #3 cylinder was misfiring. The asked me if I would get that issue fixed before they looked further in my transmission. They said I might not even gave a transmission problem. They saved me a ton of money. We need more people like Brian Wylie and his team. Honest, great customer service people trying to help the people in our area. “I can’t say enough good about these guys I have a 2014 ford focus and if you know anything about them then you know they are known for their horrible transmissions. After the dealer tried to charge my 9k I called these guys and they are the best. He could have automatically charged me an outrageous price but he did not he tried to find me the most cost effective option and three days after he got it in the shop it was ready for pickup so if your on the fence about using them don’t be . If I ever need their services again they will be my first call! Thank you guys so much !!!!”

“Took my car in on a recommendation from a friend who has been going there for years. They always tell her the most sensible repairs. My car was suddenly stalling, they said to bring it in whenever and they'll have a look. I had a knock sensor and check engine light on. I had the part for them to install and they recommended I take it back to the dealership as it's been a common problem with the Kia Optimas and they're honoring warranties further out than they normally would. He checked it out, let me know they could install the sensor but likely the sensor was working. Even added some oil free of charge. I took it back to the dealership and they were 100% right, had to get the engine rebuilt under warranty, gave me a rental for free. I appreciate Crosstown Auto Repair for not only being honest and not wanting to charge me for something that may not work, but also being knowledgeable with cars, warranties and best steps. Will definitely return with any other car repairs. Wouldn't even accept a tip for his time and oil they added. Their quick and friendly service is top notch.”
