This store not only is outdated but has terrible management. My sister and I came in the other day to pick up a dress ordered online. We were super excited to receive it after seeing it on another girl previously that day. Considering we don’t normally find anything appealing here nor worth the price, we were looking forward to this order. The online tracker said it was ready and told us we could pick it up in store that same day of purchase. When we walked in to get it, the coworker at the counter was rude. All the workers kept giving us attitude along with the manager being passive aggressive. They kept telling us to wait two more hours and we live out of town so we stayed around the area, even after the online site already told us it was ready. We came back to the store after two hours had passed and were roughly given the dress. Now, this dress was NOT the style we ordered which wasn’t a big deal because they had the same dress in the same style we ordered with her size in store (which is why we were confused why we had to “wait” so long to get it, considering it was hanging on a rack in the back). After notifying the coworker she just shrugged her shoulder, not caring that she messed up. Then a manager came over and abruptly grabbed the dress out of my hand saying sorry passively without any sense of ownership. This was extremely upsetting and unprofessional especially because this could’ve been a easy fix from the beginning!!!

Excellent customer service! I have to give a special shout out to Autumn and Nick for an exceptional customer experience. From the moment I walked in I was greeted by Autumn with a smile and immediate assistance. They helped with suggestions and sizes that were spot on. Options were awesome I’m so pleased I stopped in. Definitely will shop here from now on.

Drew at American Eagle at the Avenue in Murfreesboro provided some of the best retail service I have seen in a long time. Drew was very helpful and knowledgeable and seemed to really enjoy his job.

Bought a pair of pants last week that got all blotchy after I put stain remover on them. Very low quality! Anyway, Ashley and Ashley helped me pick out a new item and didn’t make me feel bad at all for not wanting the pants! 10/10 customer service!

Customer service is not so great at all no HELLO but yet two employees stared right at us walking in
