“I absolutely love this community‼️I was retiring and wanted to move to Tennessee, I signed my original lease in 2021 site unseen and I was not disappointed when I finally arrived from Michigan. I love that I can walk my dog at midnight (when he tells me he need to go) and I feel safe being out in the complex.I love how efficient the maintenance crew is and how quickly things are repaired.I like that management keep the residents informed on any and all changes or updates.The valet trash is awesome, that's a job I don't like (taking out the trash). Did I mention the pool.....The pool area is a whole vibe!I truly love it here and I look forward to many more satisfied years here.”

Brandon with the maintenance team was super helpful in coming over and explaining everything and even helping us get some other things taken care of, a very nice guy! Juanita the manager was super friendly on the phone calling us to give an update with what was going on!”

“Parkview Flats is a very nicely managed community here in Murfreesboro. Considering the part of town, these are some of the nicest apartments for the price. In the current market, it is really hard to find 1 bedrooms sub 1K/month. And if you do, the management, facilities, and amenities are likely poorly maintained.After living here for two years, I can tell you Parkview Flats gets a 5/5 from overall good value. The management changed right when I moved in 2019. I had maintenance issues addressed within 1-2 days of completing the request, and if there was any issue not solved immediately, the management explained when the request would be satisfied. Throughout the pandemic and ending my college career, there were many troubling times the complex worked with me through. As with anything, if you communicate with these people, they will serve you well.Customer service, location, value, maintenance, and everything is truly the best for the price. Check out Parkview Flats. This is a genuine review. Make sure you request Veronica or Nicolle!”

“This place deserves much better reviews. The apartments are great. When we moved in there was new flooring, fresh paint, and some new appliances. The office staff are friendly and patient with questions. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly as well. They spray for bugs and change air filters once a month. Water is included with the prices which makes it even more worth it. The neighborhood is generally as safe and quiet as you can get in Murfreesboro. We've had a spider here and there but I expect that to be an issue while living on the ground level.”

“We lived here from 2019 to April of this year when we bought a house! It was a great experience. We never had any issues with anything. The office was always helpful, the maintenance crew always came quickly if we had to put a work order in.Our neighbors were great, we never had any loud neighbors. We made friends with the people below us and everyone in our unit said hi to each other and engaged in conversation!The trash compactor area can get full with trash because people just set it next to the trash rather than in it, but that’s not the properties fault and they do their best to keep it under control.We have dogs and there is a nice path around the property to walk them! And there’s also a little trail down by the creek you can walk in too! There is a dog park too, we used it a couple times and it was fun when we did!The apartment was a good size for myself, my husband and our two dogs. We had a 2 bed, 2 bath and didn’t feel crowded. We could have family and friends over comfortably too. The appliances were nice, we never had any issues with them. There’s a small pantry which was honestly the perfect size. There’s also a laundry room, which I loved!If you can get an apartment on the backside of the buildings, facing the school, you’ll see some of the most beautiful sunsets! We were in building 6! Sitting out on the deck was one of my favorite things!Overall, give them a shot! We loved our time here and will always cherish it!”

“Since moving here in January 2023 I have had an awesome experience. The maintenance team is extremely fast in responding. I have submitted a repair request and had someone follow up within an hour more than once, or in the case of an AC problem they were unable to fix that day they set up a portable AC unit and came back first thing the next day. The front desk staff is helpful and always responsive to emails quickly. They also host occasional community events or food trucks which is a nice perk. I would recommend renting here!”

“I lived at The Banks for 2 years and loved it! The staff are so nice and personable. You will always be greeted with a smile. The grounds are beautiful and always well-kept. The views of the river are amazing (I was lucky enough to live on the third floor in a river view apartment and highly recommend getting a river view apartment if available). The entire time I was there I only had to submit 2 maintenance requests. Maintenance was very quick to respond and fixed the issues with ease. They have multiple events each month for residents to socialize with each other and have fun. The only cons are that the walls are very thin and sometimes parking can be hard to find. I truly enjoyed my time at The Banks and recommend them to anyone looking for a great apartment in Murfreesboro!”
