“I’ve been living at this apartment community for almost 2 years now, and I can honestly say it has been an outstanding experience from the very beginning. The property is extremely well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch — especially the pickleball court, pool, coffee bar, and resident spaces. The apartments themselves are modern, comfortable, and have everything you need to feel at home. One of the things that truly sets this place apart is the staff. The leasing agents and office team are always welcoming, professional, and genuinely kind. Every time I stop by the office, whether it’s to ask a question, grab a snack, or enjoy the coffee bar, I’m always greeted with a smile and treated with respect. It’s rare to find a place that combines great amenities, a friendly atmosphere, and excellent customer service so well. I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a great place to live in Murfreesboro, especially if you’re looking for a comfortable and positive place to start out.”

My washer did not work upon move-in so Diana has done everything in her power to make sure this gets fixed in a timely manner.”

“I’ve had a very positive experience with Arbor Brook Apartments. The apartment is nice, clean, comfortable, and well maintained. What really stands out, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been friendly, welcoming, helpful, and professional. They are always willing to assist and make you feel valued as a resident. Allison made the whole leasing process so easy — she was always quick to answer my questions and consistently followed up with me. She's also been so friendly and never too busy to help a resident, even after I moved in. Highly recommend if you're considering this community!”

“This place deserves much better reviews. The apartments are great. When we moved in there was new flooring, fresh paint, and some new appliances. The office staff are friendly and patient with questions. Maintenance is quick to respond and friendly as well. They spray for bugs and change air filters once a month. Water is included with the prices which makes it even more worth it. The neighborhood is generally as safe and quiet as you can get in Murfreesboro. We've had a spider here and there but I expect that to be an issue while living on the ground level.”

The property manager is absolutely AMAZING and she is always willing to help with any questions or needs. They do lots of community gatherings as well. Whether it's a holiday happening, movie night, free donuts on Mondays, or having a dinner get together with special guests to help get your financials in order, there is always something going on here at Northfield Lodge. I absolutely love staying here and recommend if you are looking for a home you will definitely find one here!!”

As is typical in apartment living, there is a diverse mix of personalities and the occasional presence of unsupervised children. However, the overall atmosphere remains welcoming. The pool area is well-maintained and inviting, and the entire property is kept clean and tidy.

“I am a neighbor of David’s and let me just say that I would not believe anything he writes. I was outside yesterday, walking my dog and heard the conversation between him and management. Management was simply telling them that his brother could no longer be on property and they know why. People like him and his family love to play victim and then spread lies and write bad reviews that is unnecessary. Management and Albion staff have been nothing but nice and very accommodating. Maintenance complete work orders that I have submitted in less than 24 hours and a lot of times completed within a few hours. Maintenance has been nothing but nice and respectful to me and my family when they enter the apartment. I have recommended a few friends, which they live here as well, and none of us have ever had any issues.”

“Im going on my second year here at The Banks and it has been amazing. I recently had a major life transition and was easily transferred into another unit with the help of Mel. The staff are always friendly and willing to go above and beyond for their tenants. The pool (my daughter’s favorite place) is always well kept. The community is friendly and there are always events. I have lived in apartments my whole life and it truly feels like living in a home here at The Banks.”
