“I am a tenant and I've been here 3 years. It was hard to get in but I did. And let me tell you it was worth the wait. There is a reason randoms can't just get in here. Everyone has to have a background and a credit check. And you have to make a certain amount to even get an application. They are a good community for a reason. Rent is absolutely reasonable...the complex is absolutely respectful, quiet, clean and neighbor friendly. I'm not moving until I'm ready to buy a house which they also help you with. I WILL NOT be going anywhere for awhile. Oh and office mgmt is exceptionally reliable and quick with our responses. I'm sooo glad they are strict about who they let in. If any and everyone lived here the community wouldn't be the way it is now. Good luck”

“I’ve been living here for about 2 months now and I love it. It’s a very laid back and chill community. There’s a park with a nature right next door. It’s convenient to everything like Walmart, McDonalds, Auto Zone, Gold’s Gym, tire shops, and plenty of other things. There are two gas stations on both like that are literally 2 secs away. So far management and maintenance are pretty good as well.”
