Very helpful customer service. Love Ascend but do NOT like the new bill pay system. Hate that the money does not come out when issuing. Can select an arrive date and it may get there a week after that date. Wish they would go back to the older system.

When I arrived the teller at the front desk was assisting an older guy with a walker by holding the doors so he could leave easily. But when I went to leave with my wheelchair he couldn't be bothered to help an Hispanic disabled woman.

Kendalyn was a very helpful associate at Ascend w/ getting my new debit card & a direct deposit form.I was asked what kind of debit card I would like & picked the MTSU. I did mention to the associate that I wish there was a Tennessee Titans option for a debit card & she referred me to mention it to ya’ll! I am a die hard fan of The Tennessee Titans & would love to have a banking card with their logo.Thanks for your time!

Worst service in town. Some staff are rude and don't care about customers. Stay away from it! If I could, I would give ZERO star.

Anytime I go to Ascend Credit Union the are very helpful. They are consistently busy but usually have to wait less than 5 minutes for someone to help you. I have been with Ascend more than 30 years.

Was looking to possibly move our company account to here. Cindy Mullins was more excited to try and sell me on a payment processor that may save me 1% at most but then I’d lose the ability to keep the books on each individual customer account. When I told her I was happy with who I have the exact words were “oh ok. I guess you don’t want to save money then” I’ll still be on the hunt for a new bank/ CU. It just won’t be here.
