“I would absolutely recommend their service. Not only was my van left really clean but the the gentleman (He told me his name was Robert Mallone)who wash my carpet was really polite/respectful and his work ethic’s were really detailed and worked really hard. I’ve to car cleaning shops before of course and they simply can’t compare their job to the service with mobile detailing company. The secretary Katie was a good person to talk with. “If ya'll had a spray air freshener station set up at the site on Memorial Blvd in TN that would definitely make this a five star place. Other than that I love my membership, I drive interstate one hour each way so I drive through the wash daily. The staff is amazing and always helpful and they obviously try hard to keep everything clean and ready.”

“I’ve been going here for the past 3 years. They always do an amazing job. Car looks & smells new every time. Waiting room is nice and clean. The workers are great. However, I went at 4:30pm one day and they would not service me, because “they’ve been busy all day”. What kinda customer service is that? Yes they are the best in the business, but their customer service is 3/5.”
“Not sure who the employees were around closing time on 9/10/24 but when my grandmother lost her phone despite it being closing time they did all they could to help us find it checked trash, grass, called it and looked everywhere and luckily we did find her phone! They were so helpful and sweet!! I love this car wash!!”
