“I was looking for a good place to get my brand new car ceramic coated and Max Detailing did not disappoint. If your on the fence to find a good reputable highly professional detailing work done on your hard earned vehicle, look no further and do yourself a favor and get your vehicle taken care of here. I chosen the Professional+ Ceramic Coating package. Which includes all painted surfaces, glass and wheels. The product they used was called Jade Pro which uses new nano tech called graphene oxide.I am amazed as to how smooth my car paint was. It was slicker than the paint from the car manufacturer when brand new! Water beads up and rolls off when it rains and has improved rainy day driving visibility. Washing the car was very easy because of how water just beads and rolls off. I blow dry my car with a leaf blower and do not need to towel dry. All the staff was courteous and professional. Ryan the manager there is a great person to deal with. And they were prompt, when they say it will take two days ceramic coating to be done, they were done in exactly two days. When they tell you an interior and exterior foam cannon hand wash is one hour they finished exactly in one hour. They even parked my car inside their garage when i told them i could not pick it up until the next day. Very happy customer here and will be using them for years to come. Thank You Max Detailing!”

“First time at Harper car wash and I got the "white glove" wash which includes window cleaning, vacuum, and light detailing. Before the car wash they brush the car so there are no missed spots (like the tailgate) that happen at other car washes. It is a great service that I'll use every 3 months or so.The equipment is a little old, so the new car wash being built down the street is timely. I'll definitely be back.”

“I bought an old /new car a 2005 lexus sc 430 and was struggling without a back up camera. I called lexus and they referred me to parkside detail and accessories and I had the pleasure of talking to Jay Stewart. it took a bit of time for me to find the time to leave the car for most of a day. but he was so great in keeping in communicaton and I finally, yesterday brought my car to get a backup camera installed. Jay met me and got all set up for the new camera install. After some gliches with the mirror The installer, Johnny Brewton worked diligently to resolve the issue and get my back up camera installed. It took longer than expected ,but the communication throughout the day was perfect. I am so happy to be able to see behind me and I would definitely recommend this business for any auto needs. “Zips is a good deal for the price. I really like the drying rags and free vacuums. What I don't like is how different the car washes can be. The Bearden location is one to stay away from. Often most of the vacuums don't work and for some reason they don't keep the lot picked up.I really like the one by West Town mall. The employees at this location are friendly and the lot is always clean. The five star review is for this location. I also really like the one in South Knox just off John Sevier.”
