“My car wouldn't restart after getting gas, I was able to get a jump and headed to O'Reilly where Jordan was able to get me a new battery and installed it. He 100% saved the day!”
“Amazing service!!! My son goes to MTSU and we live out of town. His engine light was on and we were going to address that when he got home. On his way out of town, his car overheated. It seemed low on coolant, but the temp indicator was all over the place. Plus it was raining and hard to diagnose if there was a leak or just a bad temp sensor, etc. Once we got a temporary fix (added water to the reservoir, don't judge), I called this O'Reilly location.
I spoke with Trey, and he was awesome! He let me know they'd give us the code(s) and would also check on the coolant situation. They gave him the code and got him the correct coolant so he could get back to the dorm.
This may sound trivial to some, but having a kid out of town with car problems, at night and raining, isn't the best situation. Kudos to Trey and to the O'Reilly team!!!”
“I have been going to this store on and off for about 4 years now and it never disappoints. Customer service has always been exceptional but tonight, the two young men that were there, went above and beyond helping me. Even though they were about to close, they still insisted on helping me with the current issue that I had. They were so patient with me and my 2-year-old son. They insisted on helping me put the part on that I needed (since it was nighttime) and were just so polite. I honestly cannot brag on them enough or show enough gratitude. I just wanted to thank you and wish I'd gotten names to personally address them but unfortunately didn't. I don't usually do reviews, but they deserved recognition. Thank you again!”

“This is the first time I experienced a negative interaction at an O'Reilly's store. A dark haired boy was sitting on a stool scrolling on his phone. The young man checking me out asked him if he would check his drawer for $1 bills so that he wouldn't have to give me almost $4 in coins. Dark haired boy said he pays people in change all the time. It's still the same amount. That is true, but I had asked him to please not do so if possible. Dude kept up an argument with the guy checking me out as if I'm not standing there. He finally saunters over and makes the trade. Never makes eye contact with me. Goes back and scrolls on his phone again. O'Reilly's, why are you paying him? All the other guys were nice, professional, and busy helping customers.”
“I only stopped by the O'Reilly's auto parts
store to see if maybe they had a
headlight assembly/electrical connector
for my Kawasaki bike. They (Joshua,
Tristan and tbe lady (name escapes me)
helped immensely and looked all through
the electrical connectors. Finally they
looked it up on-line. Thank you to Josh,

“I called around all over 3 towns for a battery. Cheapest I had found was $131. And that was for some off brand I’ve never heard of. My friend called here and they had several for $99. I went there and they were helpful and good people.”
