They are knowledgeable, smart, and informed about products like phones, monitors, and laptops. Customers report receiving great service and great customer service skills from the staff, who are quick to greet and help. They assist in finding the perfect device or a better and cheaper replacement, help with transfers and installations, and get customers in and out in no time.
