Our sales associate Douglas in Murfreesboro was excellent. He made sure that every detail of the purchase and delivery was right. He reminded me of what good store service used to be.. Delivery and set up was smooth. No other place we visited could get us the same product so fast.

I initially was not interested in Electronic Express but my son brought me there and Jacob was my salesman and he was phenomenal, courteous, and quite knowledgeable about all of their appliances. I would recommend everyone to give them your business and be as pleased as I was!
