“A couple Saturdays ago, on the way to Florida from Indiana, my car had an overheating issue on I-24 near Murfreesboro and, after finding out my car's regular mechanic offered to send a guy to tow my car back to Indy while I continued my vacation to Florida, I googled the nearest Enterprise.Christina helped me immediately into a rental AND went the extra mile by waiting a half hour after closing time to ensure my car key was handed off to the towing company. LOVE that she did that. Employees like her are the kind who become CEO's for strong companies because they go the extra mile and get things done. Joshua was there and was very supportive in getting things done, as well!”

“My rental was setup in advance through my insurance company. It was a very seamless process. Enterprise called to confirm beforehand that date of pickup. When I got to the collision repair they notified enterprise to come pick me up. The gentleman that picked me up was very pleasant and I enjoyed chatting with him. I got a decent education on EV vehicles. Ric helped me when I got to enterprise. They didn't have the exact vehicle I had reserved but I was put into something that was an upgrade from what I reserved. No complaints here. They were clearly very busy. We did a quick vehicle inspection, I gave my debit card for incidentals. Ric explained the process to me for having the vehicle. It was overall a very seamless experience. Hopefully I don't run into hiccups when I return. But everyone there seemed decent. The location is clearly very busy and works quickly to turn vehicles around for customers.”
