“When I first walked in there was a worker behind the counter on phone & after 4 minutes standing around waiting to be waited on & he recognized me, asked if I had been waited on, I told him no. He said he would be with me in a minute, went outside & walked around parking lot talking on his phone. I was furious until Torrey came in, super friendly & helpful. I told him what that other guy did, Torrey said he would have a talk with him. So my 5 star rating is because of Torrey, someone who didn’t mind doing his job, instead of taking a personal phone call.”

“I was nervous to reserve from this facility based on other reviews, however the customer service was great. I had to reserve a car last minute, booked online and arrived the next morning for pick up. I was able to quickly complete the paperwork and get on the road. Everyone was friendly and efficient.
My only feedback, the car didn't seem to be cleaned from the prior use. The windows had fingerprint smears and it could have been vacuumed.
I would recommend using them for any future car rentals.”
