Enterprise Rent-A-Car

Car Rental
Hours: Enterprise Rent-A-Car offers convenient access to thousands of rental locations at airports and in cities like Murfreesboro, with over 30 countries worldwide to serve travelers both domestically and abroad. Backed by 65 years of experience, the company prides itself on providing excellent customer service and a high standard of care. Customers appreciate the friendly and professional staff, who work hard to accommodate their needs and ensure a smooth rental experience. Many reviews mention the ease of booking online or through the Enterprise app, making reservations straightforward. However, some reviewers note certain challenges. The busy Sunday hours can lead to longer wait times, and limited access points may cause traffic delays. Additionally, there are inconsistencies in deposit policies, particularly regarding the type of payment method required for certain vehicles, which can be confusing. While the cars are generally clean and in good condition, some vehicles may require maintenance, such as realignment. Despite occasional restrictions imposed by corporate policies—like credit card rules—local staff typically do their best to work within those constraints and provide courteous service. Overall, Enterprise Rent-A-Car is known for its professionalism, helpful staff, and reliable rental options, making it a popular choice for travelers seeking flexible transportation solutions.
