Impressed. When introduced myself, they knew my name. Showed me the facility and answered questions. Very easy to get signed up. Not a long drawn out process. Facility is very nice

The space itself is clean and well kept, inside and out. Their system posed an issue with processing my payment and getting my unit reserved. It took them 4 days to get it worked out before I could actually move in. The staff I worked with were professional and apologetic, it was just a frustrating situation.
