“I store my bike here in the winter, it is always secure and clean, they have clear procedures and rules which I respect in a huge way when I'm leaving my prized possession in your care. The staff has always been consistently available, responsive and professional up-to and including their stellar manager who has been wonderful to work with since day one. This facility is top notch including climate controlled facilities that are easily accessible which is important when you're trying to navigate a motorcycle indoors(pushing by hand obviously). “I've had the pleasure of renting a couple of units, at different times, with this storage facility. It's clean, well lighted, the climate control is spot on, and the staff is excellent. Most recently, when moving out, I met Bill. He's was super friendly over the phone and anticipated things I didn't think of. When the day of the move came, I had a pretty big issue (my fault, not StorPlace's) that he helped me figure out. I really wish more businesses had great service like this place. Thanks again Bill!”

Not only were they the most economical money wise, they took care of our items. Lee and Danny were our movers, and they came highly recommended from me. “I like the fact that the facility is very clean, has great security and the staff is friendly. HOWEVER I DO NOT like the fact that when I informed them that I was going to be moving out of my unit I was told that I would have to pay for the entire month even though I'm only going to be in it for 11 days. I've never had any other storage facility charge me for the entire month when I'm not going to be using it for the entire month. So with that said if I'm ever in need for storage again I will probably think twice before using this facility again.”

I applied for a unit over the weekend online and received an error message, so I called the number and spoke with a representative who was not very helpful. Later that day, I received the paperwork confirming my rental and unit, but I had some questions and was worried I would get the same representative. I called during the week and spoke with a woman name Tara. She was so friendly and helpful, answering all my questions, as well as getting ahold of the maintenance person Harry to help me on site. Thanks to them, my rating went from not so good to awesome!”
