I feel very frustrated, because every time I come to this location it’s closed down due registers being down or for other reasons and at this point it needs to be permanently shut down, there’s no reason that this issue shouldn’t be resolved.

If the store is going to be closed every single time I show up, maybe you should just permanently shut the doors.
